Why is Hungary Paying 30,000 Euros to Have 3 Kids?

I am Indian and reside in Austria. being businessman, I import lot of material from Hungary. I regard Vikor Orban being a protector of Europe. It is good idea to increase population. Europe has no more kids to continue generaltions
