I want to play the male character. So does that mean i can level up his dexterity if i want since it is low?

You can level up his Ranged combat skill (not the Dexterity itself), same as Aska. But due to more Dexterity, Aska will always be a bit better at it than Ragnar. That doesn't mean Ragnar can't be a good Archer if you focus on levelling his skill.

Nothing has been confirmed 100%, but I'm sure they'll expand with more characters and more customization options throughout Early Access - at least that's the intention.

Maybe it's not an extensive builder, but you can boss villagers around instead! And yes, the environment looks really lush and beautiful. 😃

how do you access the roadmaker!?

You need to craft the Roadmaker Tool at the workshop. It works like the Hoe, but you need to flatten the ground first. We briefly touch base on it here: ua-cam.com/video/aQmYc5i8sLI/v-deo.html

Well, that's the nature of the game, it's a town manager where you have to get your Villagers to do these tasks for you. It's more about strategy and organization, so one must like this genre.
