I have poured throigh quite a few vids on this repair, and yours by far is the best!!!! Job well done, and thank you.
I would like to thank you form the bottom of my heart this video has helped me save the money and do it my self step by step u explained everything perfectly u are the man and very amazing in detail thank you again kind sir and i will be subscribing 🙏👏👍👍💪
I watched then went for doing this as fast as possible. The only things that should come out or loose is the air cleaner box and intake pipe , the computer , and the battery. once you have that out take the bolts out of the bracket on top of the housing then gently pull the bracket up and towards the engine , if it doesn't want to stay bungee or tie it off , the computer wires can be folded back or down and out of the way. I used a short and medium extension and a cheap pair of pliers to remove the clamps. All done in 1hour including replacing the coolant.Remember if you can feel a bolt or nut you can get a socket on it.
When doing this job you should replace the EGR valve too, while you are there , cuz that's the only way you'll be able to get back of the egr back bolt taking out the water outlet...
After you took the 2 bolts out of the battery tray how did you get the battery tray out?. Are there any bolts on the other side of the tray?
Excuse me, did you use silicone to put it on or did you just clean the area and put it on?
No I did not use any silicone. I cleaned the surface and installed. No leaks thus far.
@@JourneyToTheTruthandTRThanks to your video I am going to repair my car, thank you very much for responding, greetings from MatamorosTamaulipas
@@cancillerdehierroii32 You're welcome, I share to help others. Good luck.
How much should I pay for the part and labor for this job? Thank you in advance
Did the coolant outlet housing have sensor or is the sensor hole blocked off? 37:05
The only sensor that I can recall that needs removed is the MAF sensor. You'll need to remove the air intake hose and the air intake housing along with the assembly that holds your air filter. Then the car's CPU, the battery, the tray that holds the battery and you'll need to disconnect the coolant hoses from the outlet housing.
If you're referring to the thermostat, that's on the passenger side of the vehicle.
