The second champion would better be just a Ryze skin since it would fit the shaman and lightning thing pretty well. No need to make a new champion for it. The totem idea is obviously very cool but it wasn't thought for that champion nor invented by his author. The archer's kit sounds boring and broken honestly. Q is boring. Riot has been trying for years to make an ADC with a melee ability (the initial concept, again inspired by a fan, was that of a military soldier that could use his knife) and the fact that nothing has come out of it yet means it's too unreliable for this game so W is out of the question. And E honestly sounds ridiculous since an ADC with a targeted root on low cooldown is just stupid. R is another plain, boring and potentially overpowered ability. I'd take Zoe over it any day. The last champion's full info looks like a very smart attempt on trying to get assumed by Riot.
I once thought of a weird Champion Concept that is a Half-Human and Half-Darkin and his weapon is his Infected Arm Gauntlet and he is an Assassin-Tank He can't charge into the fight like how Assassins can, but he can follow up perfectly at the right moment The theme around him is a Darkin that he once fought to control and he won the struggle but in doing so, lost his arm and was replaced with a Darkin Arm Gauntlet
Another concept I'd love to see is a potential "tamer" champion. Someone who uses the jungle mobs in unique ways. Maybe something like being able to ride the wolves, or plant buffs on jungle monsters to lay traps for enemy junglers?
What we we need is a champion that can summon minions to help fight/push lanes. Like Malz minions with Yoricks Ult type of ai. Summon a super minion and it can help push down a lane like a Banner of Command type of minion.
I had an idea for a champ that could cover both the shaman and old lady ideas. It would be an old lady from the shadow isles that was there befor the curse. An malevolant witch that could have played a role in the curse of the shadow isle. In game i thought she could potentially corrupt camps in the jungle, making them harder to kill or more dangerous to the enemy jungler. Imagine a corrupted redbuff. I also thought her presence could spread corruption around the map that would grow. Her abilities would be centered around that said corruption that spreads, maybe causing debuffs or shooting skill shots from corrupted landscape. Anyway the concept isnt very far from done so i leave it to you to think and sorry for my bad english 😁

Jamiel looks poorly conceived, but he looks cool. There is very little synergy in his abilities, his W is a gimmick considering he's ranged with no mobility, and although his ultimate is interesting, it doesn't make sense when allies grouping together is usually considered an easily exploited AOE slaughter, and its damage types make itemization a pain in the ass. Not just for the ultimate either, because he has no basic attack augmentation (a staple for adcs) to make building hybrid damage viable. Even Varus has an attack speed buff built in, and that's about as meager as you can get. Plus his passive, its just WAY too situational.
For the archer concept and then his W could be changed to makeing a arrow with a dagger on it and shooting it if it hits a enemy the enemy gets x dmg and then dagger will fly back like a boomarang and u can recast it (like ornn ult) to kick the dagger to the enemy target and makeing them rooted
I realy think that riot should take it when some make a such komplex character design. its uniqe, interesting and its kinda awsome when the players can get to make or just choose what they want to see in the game they are playing.
I think I just found Varus' sister! XD The first champion is really similar to a darkin... It's even from Shurima... Varus' sister was left in a Shuriman tomb but wasn't found later when he went to look for her... Guess Taim found her before Varus did

I'm sure some of my friends from there would be ecstatic if you showcased some of our concepts. We even have a monthly concept competition called the "CCOS." Edit: Most of us don't have fantastic art, but the ones who do usually have amazing artwork. We know that Kayn mastered all weapons and that hes apprintice of zed, but we dont know anything about how well he mastered art of shadow, we may as well in the future see another order of shadow member this time that mastered more art of shadow than fighting with weapons, for example that champion could be female ninja fighting with 2 chains with daggers at end of them, if she would have zeds ability to go in, kill few ppl and get out i would happily main that

he has a relic that anyone can get from mysterious dungeons that each have kind of a genie in them and each genie grants like different powers.The power that the kid has or genie is that their is a super strong giant in his amulet(relic) and the giant has its own power which i dont remember so when ever the kid needs help the giant comes out of the amulet as single body parts or as a whole.

that mechanic wouldn't work in league because diving a turret is much much M U C H easier than in HOTS
also riot said they won't do one like cho'gall because they'd have to redo their entire engine.
