Finally, I get to tell you who will be part of the Nessie team this year!
I’m very excited and this took a while to decided on but Yolo is the perfect fit for me for this race and I can’t wait to get out there and experience this together!

PREP, having spent a lifetime in competitive off-road motorsports in production-based vehicles [25+ Baja 1000/500, etc] if it moves or swings it comes off the vehicle "Every race" take nothing for granted I always figure 100 hours give or take. Being on the corporate side, only total engine failure was acceptable for a DNF. Testing and prerunning you can not do enough. Just a thought from an OG.
Congratulations, Hollie, on having Yolo as your co-driver. You two are going to be an awesome team.

Holly, first off awesome choice for a co driver in Yolo! Second, I work at a Parker Hannifin distributor. Those fittings with the yellow buttons that you used on the power steering cooler. This are typically used only with push on style hose. Meaning they don’t need clamps. The barbs are much more aggressive than standard barbs you use clamps with. When you use clamps on those barbs it can cut into the hose and cause issue. Keep an eye on them. Or switch to a push on style hose like Parker 801 series. I don’t know if that all came as a kit, or if that’s just what you had around. But just keep an eye on that if you run that way. And good luck at KOH!!!

You should invest in a couple welding blankets. All the slag splatter landing on electrical, and hoses, could cost you a win if it melts into a hose or critical area.

What brand of gears would you recommend for a jk regear rolling on 35s
The only gears I have experience with are Spicer gears and they have been excellent. Like anything else, it’s important that they are installed properly and, even though I haven’t been great about this part in particular, you should try and break them in properly 😅
are you going to bring your turtle brace for KOH?

The large tire I installed is 43x15x17lt tire, Mickey Thomson Baja Pro; And the axle I replaced, the current axle is dana60. I have also changed the gear ratio of the car code, but I feel very shaky while driving. May I ask where the problem is? I hope you can help me answer my questions. Thank you very much

Woman driver? I hope I was not the only one who recommended this beautiful idea. It would solve all the issues and promote women in fun, racing, life. Glad you will be safe and you have someone to drive the content. Walter must be happy about your, in my opinion, smart competitive decision. A speed double, not a stunt double, is probably a big relief for Walter.
