I like how even the "to-go" orders get some latte art.
Not me after a busy day at the coffee shop nonstop for 6hrs straight I come home and watch this to relax 😂❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏 amazing work ❤
I am a bartender and i love see pov working vids, i like always learn something and now i enjoy too much learn and see barista working
And here I am at home with an espresso machine, grinder and all the time in the world and I still manage to make a mess.
It’s part of the fun 🤩
which mess
@SipHappe🤔🤩👆🥳😆😀ns
@@SipHappens Cleaning up isn't fun. Lol
@@shadapakap which tool need less cleaning? mokapot / v60 / flair press / french press?
As a fellow barista (who actually enjoys crafting beverages) this was so relaxing 😌 ✨️
This is crazy full, but high quality work place. I work really REALLY solo at a cofe shop. Take orders, clean tables, make sandwiches, clean glasses, and make cofe hahaha. I wish I had this kind os focused workflow and not deal with multiple people as I make coffe.
The way you handle the coffee machine is impressive and your work place looks so neat and clean. Great job 💯👏❤️
Thank you so much 😊

I knew this dude was an assassin when I saw him mark the Togo drinks lol that’s just pure skill pride right there folks
Movement so smooth ❤❤
Wow this guy is amazing! I like how he washes the milk jugs after each coffee. Many places I have been don’t do that and they keep using the same dirty milk jug over and over again and then coffee then taste fowl!
This is fun rush rush making coffee at the same time to train your skill as a barista👊🏼👍🏼 Hey thats a lamarzoco machine dont worry he wil get things done! Missing my starbucks days as a barista in the philippines ☕️💪🏼
Bravo! Foarte tare! A fost o placere sa te urmaresc!

It’s very helpful to watch you, especially as I’m still learning to transfer milk and I find it hard for some reason. Thanks for sharing!

I hope you the most paid in that coffeeshop. Is just a delight to watch your work and making amzing coffee
Brillante !!!
Thanks 😊
So proud, ✨
Thanks 🤣
Interesting video. Seems you have been dealt a bad hand with your bar. You should be moving dry to wet but you're having to go back and forth. Also there is no scales to weigh the grind. And worst you're having to tamp by hand instead of having an electric tamping machine to ensure consistency.
Man, if you had a proper rinser for your pitchers your workflow would improve tremendously! Good job
Yes! I know! I’ve been begging for one for 2 years now :))

The one that is here would fit perfectly! I don't know a thing about barista's work but I love this tool for rinsing❤😅

Nice milk foam and latte art. Isn't the tamping done too lightly?
I just saw the end from the beginning😂
Thanks for watching! 😁
Felicitari!
Merci!
Coffee art is the best.
Professional 😊
Thanks! 😃
Zaberdast
Not bad)) I once worked for a whole hour without a partner, taking an order, making it and giving it to a customer, 45 cups of coffee, it was very difficult but also interesting))
Nice how you get perfect milk every single time, looks so easy when you make it.
Romanian? Shocking. Didn’t expect that. Nicely done
:))) Why not?
You are like a samurai in your craft
🤣 thanks 🙏
I genuinely interested to learn a barista ♥️♥️
You should!
У меня голова закружилась! Круто!

Good job, well done. Wont you afraid that wind blowaway all your paper orders from table? What is the model of the coffee grinder?
Sometimes that happens:)) but there’s not tea anything I can do 😁 the grinder is Anfim Special Performance 2 I think…
lovely
Thanks 😊
I started like 2 days ago as a trainee barista, and I cant fathom how fast you work! The downside in the coffee shop i am working we have to add the sugar and mix the espresso shots ourselves and plus we make more freddo coffees than hot! Any tips?
Prep as much as you can in advance, you can make a sugar syrup to make it easier and faster to put in the cup/mix with the espresso. Same thing with chocolate (make a syrup), chai (prepare a bottle in advance). Seconds saved on one coffee makes up for 30 min saved at the end of the day.
Yes, I agree with @jaegerarthur6718
Try to prep as much as you can.
I personally don’t agree with adding sugar in my drinks as I prepare them, better to offer it on the side and let the customer decide the amount they want

hello from Russia🙌
I have two questions:
1. What's that drink in a rocks glass with lime and ice? Similar to "cuba libre"
2. Do you have any minus in the milk audit? I noticed that you pour milk from the pitchers directly into the sink
Foarte tare
Mulțumesc 🙂
i think you should have a jar to colecting the rest of milk rather than throw it into the basin
I have a breville barista pro and my double shots are coming out somewhat bitter, any off hand tip you can share?
Baş döndürücü
This kind of reminds me of playing that cooking fever game or the papas pizzeria games
love all
❤️❤️❤️
amazing frothing
Thank you! ☺️
Incredible work. Just for curiosity why do you trasnfer the milk from one metal jug to the other metal jug before pouring?
Thanks! the goal is to better distribute the milk, it’s called splitting the milk for a better consistency and a better pour 😁
It seems the steamer needs to give the milk a more silk-ish texture?
Great job, just saw your comment about working for total 7 years as barista, I just wanted to ask you do you love this job and what you love about it, or you are cafe owner?
Hi! Thanks! No, I’m not an owner but I’m working on that 😁 hopefully next year🤞
And yes I still love the work, most of all for me is because I absolutely love coffee and getting to try and work with so many origins and rosters is the most satisfying part 😁

I'd like some of that good coffeee.
45:20 excatly what I was thinking xD
watching this while grinding my coffee in my mortar and pestle is interesting
😂
Hello from New Zealand, have been barista myself for 8 years total and your processes are immaculate.
I have a question for you, why do you have the drawer to open and knock spent coffee pucks into, instead of something more freely/easily accessible?. I have never seen it before.
Hi there! I’m always fascinated to see that people all over the world are watching my videos! Thank you so much.
The reason why I have that drawer is because originally this coffee shop wasn’t designed for such a big flow of orders… so in the beginning that drawer was enough for a full day of spent coffee pucks… you can’t really see in the video but the bar or rather the coffee part of the bar is quite small… so I don’t have any more space for something else :) ideally the bar should be remade end extended to the right of the espresso machine, that would create enough space and a better working environment:)
Thanks for your comment!

For how long have you been a barista it? It all seem so fluid when you do it.
At this place…for about 2 years :) in total…about 7 years🙂
Nu stiam ca esti roman
bravo pt munca
Merci!
So is this like a chain coffee house or a small local one?
Good work
Thank you so much 😊
Just asking! Why you have to discart the leftover milk, it doesn't work for the drawings on the coffee anymore?
Wants it cools down it loses its consistency and won’t allow for a good pour.
And I don’t agree with reheating it, it’s unhealthy and damages the drinks quality
@@SipHappens mmh i understand good job
how about the espresso shot don't have creama?
the good this is you are lucky you have a automatic grinder. i like the knock box on the side the your washing area too have water pressure system.. this kind of caffee shop is one of my dream to work on...
We use a very light roast. Lightly roasted coffees tend to produce less crema 🙃
What is the benefit of pouring the steamed milk into the second container and then back? Does it keep the milk frothier?
the goal is to better distribute the milk, it’s called splitting the milk for a better consistency and a better pour 😁
@@SipHappens noice, ty for the info.
Nice, how many cups on a busy Friday?
Don’t know exactly… I go through 8-9 kg of coffee on a normal Friday
pls someone buy him a rinser .!! great job though !!
🙋 junior, also front crew. Serving taking orders and making drinks. Dead once it get busy 💀
Wish i could make art as easily tho 😭 struggling so bad to learn by myself.
Hi there, great video what part in Romania are you from?
Hi! Thanks! Bucharest
Interesting
Glad you find it interesting 🧐
Where I used to work as a barista we would sell 1500+ coffees per day among two baristas, one person responsible for the milk and another one for the shots and both on the pour. There was no time for latte art at all so to me this is not busy to require 2 baristas working, or at least not to the company I was working for 😂 I am glad I am a software engineer now so I can make my own coffee in the best way possible and with all the cool latte art I learned, keep up the good work mate 👊🏽
Now, I have watched different videos, but I have never seen anyone using the port filter used for single shots. Why does everyone use the port filter used for double shots? Doesn't this mean double shots in latte? Where I work, they use different port filters for latte and flat white. Do you know the reason
Actually, at proffesional coffe shops and 4-5 star hotels is almost always used port filter for double shots. That doesn't mean you get double shots into the cup every time.Depending on the wanted order, you can produce 2 single shots into 2 different 90 ml cups or a doucle shot into 180 ml cup and 240 ml cup.
Phenomenal keep it up

. Where can i get like this camera please??
Thank you! It’s a go pro 11, you can find it on Amazon :)

NICE VIDEO,THANK YOU FOR SHARE IT.
Thanks so much! Glad you like it! 🙂
Can i ask, why u don't using a scales for coffe grinder?
The grinder was a in build scale wich is pretty accurate
45:20 A cry for help 🤣🤣🤣
If only I can work like that, here I just take the order, make the order, serve the order and clean up the tables, also taking care of the garden because the boss doesn't have time or money to hire anyone else 🤒

Hello I don't speak English well but I want ask a question please. How can you organise the orders?! Thank you
I prepare 4 at a time :)
bro did not even tapmed
How do u record your POV? With what setup and how.
I use a GoPro 11 mounted on a chest harness
What kind of milk would be the best for coffee?
A milk with a high amount of fat, 3,5% or more
From what hurts the eyes. Don't spill the group before making espresso. Also, for sure, the coffee grinder will not be able to produce the exact values of dry coffee for bookmarking. The taste of the espresso will suffer, as will the pour-over time. For the rest - bravo!
I get what you’re saying and I’m trying to improve on the workflow 🙃
yes but workflow should be the last part, first comes the ospitality, second the coffee overall and after the workflow, succes :)

Coffee machine name?
Respectfully, can anyone explain why he pours the steamed milk into a different container before he pours.
I do that to “separate” the milk, it allows for a better pour
question, what coffee do u use?
Drop Coffee is the roaster, as for origin: El Salvador, Kenya, Ethiopia and more…
“When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, “Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel’s will save it. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?”
