Its very unfortunate that this has to happen. It seems like the really good hard working drivers are getting deactivated while, to mention your words, friends and buddies get to keep working. Walmart needs to be made aware of this. Their employees run the show from each store. And if you they dont like you taking your share of the orders they will boot you quickly. Another thing that slays me is the lack of professionalism in this driver pool. Taking whatever pops up regardless. You can say what you want but, WM never gives you time to make a informed de cession on the offer because they send it out to everyone at once. Very sad you have to just take what they dish out. Or, get left out of each round. This is nothing more than Employer/Employee relationship. And they need to be reported to the Feds for breaking laws. You and I both know they are a mega retailer and they are so large that Bentonville don't even have a clue what goes on in any store. Therefore they truly don't care about Spark drivers at all.
1410 US 411 Maryville TN Not checking ID and probably never will, because I saw a scammer come out of an employee door. So I know store level is in on it. This guy was picking my shopping order that I had it was a round robin that was taken from me with 45 sec. I saw apple air tags. Then I went in and saw him getting the apple air tags. So I know they can steal round robins 5 times I’ve had round robins with timers taken from me with 40+ secs still left. It makes me sick to my stomach that they get away with this
They have been checking IDs here in Daytona area since January. If you pick up they check . If you do a shop and pay they check when you leave.

I know for sure and I see it every day sparkers with two phones here in my town I will say the town I Spark in Kerman CA, makes the market oversaturated for small towns.
5025 Maysville rd fort wayne indiana refuses and the workers have called corporate and they said to just let them use false identity. This is from 8 different workers.
Even if they check id’s at the pick up area what about the ones that are stealing the shop only offers. Who’s checking them. I see one at the Walmart I’m at and all he does is shop orders only. I’ve never seen him doing a pick up order.
Same in the Sacramento area, there is one specific guy who I've ONLY seen do shop and deliver orders. It's not fair.

I just got deactivated two weeks ago because they said I uploaded fraudulent insurance which i didn't I sent the same insurance information the next day and it got approved and they still deactivated me. I feel discrimination against the platform with American drivers and emailed Doug McMillan about my deactivation and the discrimination they have with certain drivers. Their reason for deactivationg me was for fraud insurance where they approved my insurance the next day. I really feel a lawsuit needs to take place because this was my main income

It's customer's safety thst is the issue, you can have a person that is not a citizen with no paperwork or documentation working in the country and showing up at customer's house when they are not the person assigned to the order.
When somebody doesn't going through vetting system, they can be a dangerous person or a criminal out to cause problems.
It's also not fair for the citizens to be put out of work because of the scammers who may or may not be illegal immigrants who are not legally allowed to work in the country.

Check IDs. I leave a big cardboard message on my door to place my groceries inside but they leave my groceries thrown on the porch where stray cats have eaten my food. WALMART IS AWARE ! ❗️ Same with Uber eats they have a pic but it's not the person i.e female but delivered by a solo male ?❓️. I will not use either, until they check IDs
I agree with you. It's really bad when they don’t follow instructions and leave your groceries outside, especially with the ID mix-up issue. It makes sense you'd stop using them until they fix these problems.

Certain associates check ID curbside but none at the shopping orders. Other zone areas are stricter. I think it's management preference. You have idiots working at the store.

I just had a $46.62 shopping order stolen (round robin) with 58secs left) sorry taken by another driver this makes the 6th time. Offers with 60 sec timer supposed to be yours to accept before timer expires.
Pretty sure the cartel has a bunch of high skilled engineers working for them and they have some sort of software that's being used by these criminal illegal alien individuals to get the best orders.
It's happening across all the platforms.
On top of that we have folks with up to 4 phones.
The volume of orders for regular American legit drivers will keep dropping
WHAT HAPP WAS SPARK SEEN IT WAS SOME1 CLOSE BY THAT WOULD DO IT FOR A FRACTION OF WHAT THEY OFFERED YOU. SPARK IS A VERY DIRTY COMPANY. 1 DAY THIS IS BACK WHEN I STILL WORKD WITH THEM I RECEIVED A RR OFFER FOR 3 DROP OFFS, 20 MILES ROUND TRIP FOR $8. AFTER NOT ACCEPTING IT THE OFFER WAS SENT BACK TO ME SEVERAL TIMES WHILE I WAITED TIL THE NEXT HR FOR THE NEXT RR. CLOSE TO 30 AFTER I RECEIVED THE SAME OFFER THRU UBER EATS. THEY'RE OFFERING IT AT $8 PER STOP. LIKE I SAID DIRTY!
Fort wayne indiana store #5025 refuse to check id. The last 4 weeks I went from 1100 a week to 380 about. I've seen people using 3 phones and are illegal immigrants.
Not good for senior citizens in highrises to get non-English speaking drivers that can't figure out how to ring the room!
Store 2956 Shorewood, IL. I've shown photos of drivers checking out who had two spark phones out while shopping, and demanded they check the ID. They said they know there's a problem, but corporate said "no ID checks." It's really frustrating when you have the proof right there, and the company simply does not give a shit about Spark's rules, and ignoring the tool (ID checks) they have been given to stop to fraud.

It’s the bots that are the issue so don’t be surprised if it stays same or if gets worse cause more and more people will get bots and they take offers before we see them and we get leftovers

Not at my store and besides, the facial recognition thru the app would be better and no need for store personnel to be bothered. Face ID thru the app each order, problem solved...
Facial ID doesn't always work correctly, and honest drivers have been locked out because the ID glitched.
Are they actually gonna be scanning ID's like Amazon Flex? You see where I'm going if not...
@@1andDONEson good question. I don't know. I'm just thinking that it could be the same as when customers go through checkout and have to show ID for alcohol, cigarettes and certain cold meds.
Morristown TN Walmart on west side of city is checking ID’s but it’s to far from me.
I can say Walmart did reactivate me now I just stay away from curbsides my issue was cancelling to many trips even after the 30minute wait and the automated system flagged me and deactivated me. It took 3 months but I am back to being able to spark again and whoa did a lot changed the immigrants are real hahaha.

I understand wanting to get the ID checked because of a bad bash of drivers but, where does the good drivers privacy and rights come in place? I don't want these walmart associates knowing my residency ,i was told they can already see our Full name as well as a partial amount of what we are making on a order ( i don't like that at all) Alot of times walmart canceles alot of high paying orders to pass it on to family or friends because the employees can see a $$$ amount.. truth be told the walmart employees can be just as bad as the bad bash of drivers.... what are you guys thoughts?

I don't see the problem. Walmart already has to check IDs for alcohol, cigarette, and cold medicine so this is no different. I've picked up hundreds of dollars worth of groceries in one order. Why wouldn't you want an ID check? Privacy doesn't apply here. It's in the new TOS that we are required to show ID to employees when asked.
@tammymcquillen7862 like I said some of these employees are just as bad as some of the bad bash drivers. I've never had to do alcohol or meds so I've never had to show ID , I prefer the face recognition. If I'm asked to show my ID of course I would. I'm just saying who's looking out for the safety of the drivers.

My ID was checked I was allowed to deliver that order and the next morning I was deactivated for it not being me that delivered. I have got little to no response from sparks or details. I was on a road trip to San Diego to see son in the navy 3 days into my trip with sparks being the primary of my deliveries. I am now scrambling to try and catch back up and waiting on an answer for a 2nd appeal but have no clue on where I was supposedly delivering that was not me. No dates no times and no way to dispute the claim. I just want to be able to fairly dispute it.

Well I went to the supervisor of my local Walmart that I deliver from and they said they're not checking IDs they don't care who picks it up as long as the stuff is removed from the back of the room I don't know but I think this is a good idea and it may work for a short while but I'm sure you know when these people are like professional scammers they'll find another way around it somehow. In my whole area is polluted with undocumented workers and scammers I mean you can sit back and watch them just shop after shop after shop and everybody's sitting in their car besides them and they just don't care and I don't think it should be at Walmart's discretion. Walmart should be liable to make sure that they do this anytime there's a suspicion of fraud or anything with all this going on we're all sitting around even telling the store manager everybody and they will not listen to us cuz I don't care but they should make sure the all stores are complying but they have no problem deactivating people for stupid stuff

To everyone complaining about the illegals taking all the good orders, in the presidential election this November remember to be sure to vote for the candidate most likely to put an end to the immigration problem we have in this country. I'm not trying to get political, but I am just pointing out reality and what needs to be done to stop - or at least put a huge dent - into the problem.

Yeah in my area of TN they were notified I was a new shop & deliver so they flew out there like super wacops lol and asked for it.. I was cool with it because I already know.. I said what's going on and they said shoppers were entering as if they had a pick up order for apple stuff/tv's and showing screen shot and walking out with stuff So they also better be on top of this ID stuff as anybody can create them and I'm sure they're trying it but the wacops need to confirm picture matches etc... We should have sometype of badge with special coding or something.. heck they scan everything else anyway we can be protected I'm cool with it..
3472..i was telling the associates here that i know well from working with them for awhile, that according to the new terms of use they can check ID..they all said that the day before they had a huge meeting with the GM about it and that they will be implementing it asap😊
