Hi Cheryl when I was in school I was never bullied but my classmates were so I took upon myself to stop it and I've my 12 years in school I beat the heck out of at least 35 bullies. Two of the bullied were 2 boys named theodore Rogers one white one black both had glasses had lots of books walked close to the edge of the hallway and one day I saw 4 guys abusing them I ran to the fight and beat all of them up after the first two the others ran after that whenever I found out about a bully all I had to do was tell them to not do it again and pushed them around a little the next time I saw them do it I beat them up and that happened throughout my school years. It was in the 60s but to this day I will not tolerate bullies in any way shape or form. Thanks for listening to me rant

You're right. The school institution is responsible for a child from 8-3. The Negligence from not protecting a child from harm evokes rage . School shootings don't happen overnight. It's a manifestation of years of pain And suffering. The schools are 100 percent negligent And the parents of the bullys who are also negligent for condoning the failures behavior.

And I thought US police departments were rife with incompetance;I don't know how other countries' police agencies operate but in the US police departments have qualified immunity which basically means they can't be prosecuted for their fuckuppery.
