Love the jar! It doesn't need the gold dots, but I like it with them! Just that subtle little add and it gave it the perfect amount of bling to juzz it up! That pink color shift is fabulous! Love the hair clips! Others are pretty too!
Hi Michelle. I love the way the starfish box turned out. I also love the color change of the second set of hair clips. Perhaps a pearl type powder in your resin to try on the starfish box. All projects turned out awesome as usual. 😇😊
I’d love to see the starfish paired with that gorgeous blue chameleon mica you just got-it’s so pretty and shiny! I wasn’t expecting it to turn out blue-in the jar, it looked more like a darker rose gold mica, so I was a bit surprised when it came out of the mold with that blue sheen. It looks stunning on the hairclip! The mold is absolutely fantastic, though I have to admit rose gold isn’t my personal favorite. I wonder how it might look in your favorite wheat color-that could be such a cool option to try! That said, it completely captures the starfish vibe you were going for, so you definitely nailed that!
The starfish box came out super cute! Don’t you just love the metallic alcohol inks? You can really see the glitter in the hearts on the pics. Couldn’t see it at all on camera.

When you mentioned the stick idea for keeping the resin from bubbling over in the debubbler, I was thinking pasta...you know how you put the spoon across the top of a pan with boiling water, and that keeps the water from bubbling over? Maybe if you tried that next time. I'd be interested to see if that would work. Put the spoon over the top of the cup...

Oh what you could do is do like an ocean scene put crushed shell in the bottom with a little sand and water then make the top look like water and dust the shell on top in a light gold it would be stunning built like you did the wine glasses!! I'm in love with this jar and yesterday's soap dish. How about doing the shell on top of the lid in a different color either by pouring it first or after demolding. Oh wait, don't you have the starry sky alcohol inks? Maybe use one of them or the marabu inks for the shell. Then do the rest of the lid and bottom in a ocean blue green with just a hint of a ghost/interference powder. ❤❤
You should hear me yelling at the screen... You had a bubble under the silicone. I think it was only in the camera that it is visible, but I really wanted you to notice it. I guess you did. LOL! Also, you are so meticulous. I am such a messy crafter as opposed to you. I think I am just impatient.

The shimmering metallic alcohol inks do have an Aurora effect. I've had some success with recent pours. They turn out fine. Very cool effects.

You could put 2 black dots on the molds to line up the insert quickly.
I was thinking a line on the top of the molds to “connect” the 2 molds.
