I'm a first responder and a lot of times im in the dirt, grime, and mud and we dont have water bottles. I ordered this today to keep with me on my rig and also whenever im on a Search and Rescue operation. This really is a cool bottle and your review sold me.

I'm always all about ways to carry more water. This seems like a cool idea, a good product. This would definitely be something I think a lot of outdoor enthusiasts would like. I know the canteen is a staple since it's common to get the SS nestling cups with them and offers more versatility and ways to cook and boil water. Maybe later introducing a model with a SS nestling cup might be an idea? Or make something like a lifestraw that is specifically for this bottle. If it was mentioned, perhaps I missed that part.

Ooooooooh, take my money dammit!!! Really like the bottle, and what a statement it makes. Checked out the site, also looking at the resistance bands, as I'm pushing 60 and getting serious about getting back in shape.
Make them out of good old-school stainless steel and you gotta deal 🤝

Will a sawyer mini water filter attach to the cap?
No, the threads are on the inside, not like a regular bottle.
I like the bottle pouches, but prefer single wall bottles so I can disinfect water by boiling
This isn't really a survival item. Sure it could be used in a pinch, but this wouldn't be part of my kit. I like it for normie stuff, like they're talking about: the gym and stuff like that

I like the concept of the covers, allowing you options for hanging accessories and protection of the bottle from dings and providing a handle for carrying, but I question the value of a double wall insulated bottle with painted exterior for survival/prepping. If I can't stick this bottle into a fire and disinfect water by boiling it, this has much less functionality for me in a survival situation.
@Klingon00 … Great question. We’ve reached out to our contact at Iron Infidel asking about placing a Battle Bottle in a fire to boil water.
In that case one could simply punch a hole in the outer layer with a knife or rock to vent pressure. I thought the same thing though and would love a single wall version.
