Bigger custom a2a intercooler, 1/2” head studs and then The Bully TH400 setup. With all of that heat and the extremely high IAT’s you’re lucky you don’t have a hole in a piston or the block. Keep pushing man you will get it lined out.

Could u get a cheap "snake" camera or bore scope type camera and go through the spark plug hole and have a look at piston tops. Like other commentor said, it can lift a head under boost and pass a leak down test. I was thinkin u may find traces of moisture or traces of where the moisture burned during combustion. Not a mechanic or engine builder. Just a broke guy with an idea that may or may not suck. 😂
Do you have a 6 bolt block? You can still lift the head under high cylinder pressure, and it passes under a leak down test. You need a 6 bolt block and the eight head gasket. I would look at the Dart LS Next 2 aluminum block or LSR aluminum block, and you need Brodix BR-7 heads that are hip'd! Gotta spend some money 💰 good luck, my man, you are doing good out there!
I am running the 6 bolt lsx iron block, along with 6 bolt MAST heads. Went with the SCE fire rings this time and so far so good. Just did a hot retorque last night
@McgradyRacing good stuff. A good digital tq wrench too from snap-on is what the pros use. I can't stress enough how critical it is to use high-quality tools that are better calibrated than off the shelf lower grade tools. Follow ARPs tq procedures, and you should be good.
Don’t think I’d get a proper mixture that way being as tho passenger side gets depleted first. If it was at half a tank, driver side would be filled with E and passenger side straight meth

I do have a borescope but I was already planning on taking the heads off so I didn’t bother with the borescope. Luckily no damages noted
