Tutorial knitting cable stitches on fingering or lace weight yarn - Continental

This is a method I use on knitting cable stitches on fingering to lace weight yarn. I think this method is useful if the cable stitches occuring on every stitch like I have on this pattern.
I keep holding the additional needle on my right hand so I don't have the hassle of putting down - taking back the needle.
