    I do wear compression calf after my badminton session. The muscle soreness did reduce compared to not wearing them for overnight. (Just the calf compression wear though, i do have compression and shorts but i find it little to no effect perhaps due to sizing issue)

    I Was Playing Badminton And My Legs Got Stretched my Left Leg Gone Forward straight And right Backwards I have So Much pain I Have to prepare for nationals But I cannot Play And Walk Without pain Please Tell Solution I Jqve Pain in My glutes And Hip Side Area 😥
