  • Join Stone Site Investigator Mike Luoma for two trips to Experience stonework found on Jericho, Vermont's Mobbs Farm Trails, the Hill Trails in Winter and the Valley Trails in Spring.
Though disappointed to discover a fresh dusting of snow covering the stonework in January, Mike captured some interesting and beautiful footage of an old stone row and its surroundings up on the Hill Trails.
In mid-Spring, after the snows of late winter finally melted, Mike headed for the Valley Trails. He found an old stone row buried in pine needles and duff which still displayed curious elements when studied up close, and a stone pile that wasn't a stone pile.
Though it is a bit hard to make out the details of the Hill Trails' stone row after the light snow, there is a later stone row walk-along looking at both sides of the half-buried stone row on the Valley Trails, and the light rain enhances the look of the stones rather than obscures. There's a look at a possible stone causeway, and more features found in the area.
Everything you see and hear is by Mike Luoma, all DIY on these things except for the music, which is by Kevin MacLeod, official music credits below. Though, there is a minimal use of music on this particular video, a creative choice in the production due to what Mike felt was good quality background sounds, especially the rain.
And, yes, still weird writing these video descriptions in the Third Person.
