Depends on what you have and your team.
Depending on your stats and what consumables you have, you can get some buffs on GoA fight.
If you're going with a team, I recommend doing GoA with a trio as it is easier than doing it with 5 players.
If you're going in solo, you should probably get the upgrades you get from having 1b code and 100k multi at least.
