Just got this for photo days out, thanks for the review, really helped make my mind up. Cracking little bag and the seat is just the right height for birding.

Hey Richard, i have to admit that I am a bag - alcoholic! Lol
I have so many bags i could have my own store! Finding the perfect bag is tough, but this does look great. I also like the look of it. Nice touch with the leather trim.
One thing i would have liked to see is would be a foam cover for the metal frame inside the bag. Love the woodlands this made me want to pack up and head out! But i have to finish a gift for my wife for our 11th wedding anniversary . Greg
Lol, so am I Greg... It's getting an obsession, my wardrobe is getting quite full of them, all with a use I might add! Yeah, some foam would have been a nice added touch, might get some and put it in myself, thanks for that it's a great idea. I hope you managed to get out in the woods. That bag looks like it might also be carry-on compatible for an airline? Can your recommend a UK stockist for those trousers as I'm after a pair, haha. Old style shop where you can try them on rather than mail order. I've seen Cotswold Outdoor stock them but I wouldn't mind somewhere that does the full range.
Hi Phil, yep it could easily be classed as carry-on compatible. You can use a site by Ray Mears called Woodlore, or there are loads of UK stockists.. Just type it in to Google and it will bring up some good stockist near you! Blacks, Cotswold outdoors, I usually find the best UK deal at the time as they aren't cheap! Cheers Rich 👍

Thanks very much Patrick glad you enjoyed it. I sometimes take a small outfit, moderate zoom and body. Use a fstop wrap to invade my kit, fits nicely in to the bag and well protected. I can send you a link to it if you like? Cheers R

How much can you fit in it
A surprising amount Colin, can get a reasonable zoom, coat, lunch, flask and essentials for a quick trip out. Nice to keep your arse dry too👍
