Man, that would be tough for the people writing the translations. Not only do they have to make the important words fit to the same places in the music, but also have to try their very best to make the words match the picture, to match the mouth that's singing it. Often going against the normal flow of the language or even making it awkward grammatically. Very impressive.
I love this. Every language is so beautiful (: The French, Japanese, Russian and Danish ones were my favorites I gotta say, never heard of Flemish before!
yea i thought that too. just listen to demi lovato sing it and you'll know how different it sounds from one singer to the next. but then i thought they might have used a computer software to change the same singers recording's lyrics from one language to another.
Just gotta conclude that there are awesome singers/vocalist all around the world. All of these actresses that portrayed Elsa in their respective countries totally have fantastic voices.
I really love the Japanese, Portuguese, English and Thai parts, but honestly this is so beautiful damn, all the languages are so beautiful and i'm crying jfc I'm just sad because i recently watched "kids react" to this and it's so fucking sad to see how most of the kids in America don't learn other languages and think all the other languages are weird /:
I'm Portuguese and I had no idea what she was saying. I actually enjoyed all the Chinese parts I had no idea what they were saying but it sounded GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The learning process of a language is a bitch tho. In some parts of Europe we learn sooo many languages. I have been taught Danish, English, German and French and it is not fun learning them. You are happy about it later in life tho.
I think it's a pity. I'm from Spain and I know Sapanish, Catalan, English, French and Japaneese. I think it's really amusing to learn other languages :D
French sounds Graceful Hungarian sounds Formal Serbian sounds Royal Japanese sounds Cute Norwegian sounds Beautiful Those are my favorites, But all the languages sound great, and the song just flows so well with all the diversity in the languages:)
This song hit me on a different level when I figured out I have OCD. "Let it go" "Here I stand and here I'll stay, let the storm rage on." "I'm never going back, the past is in the PAST."
My fav: English French Swedish Japanese Polish Castilian Spanish Korean Serbian Portuguese Danish Bulgarian - my country 🇧🇬 Norwegian Canadian French ❤❤❤❤
@@megurineziam5900 It's more like that one part sounds *WAY* different than all the other songs which I think is just funny. The rest of the song is good, I have Japanese on the top 7 spot.

The Japanese section was so cute...And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the singer for Latin American Spanish
I think the singer for the japanese section is younger than the rest or at least she sounds younger!!!
I Love how Latin American Spanish singer sings too!!!
And Portuguese!!! These 3 are my favorites!!!
Leonardo Ruiz en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Takako_Matsu
Age 36. Surely briliant.

For some reason after the swedish part the japanese part just blew it away with its cute voice XD
And believe it or not but the singer is 37 years old, she sounded like 17-19
GravityTaafe There is 25 different singers. None of them are the same.
KiloExtras He was talking about the Japanese singer
Spilock No, I believe he is referring to Idina Menzel. But KiloExtras is correct, there are 25 singers who were in this song, it was not all of Idina's work.
Beth Clemonds But he commented someone that was talking about the Swedish and Japanese singers.
Japanese version tho... 👏❤ (1:12)
What is decision give me location quotation good
am I the only one that thinks her voice doesn't suit elsa at all

I've noticed that every line just doesn't quite fit, but it can still work with the rest of the song in a sense. I like it most in Japanese.
Want to look at this movie or a different one before everyone else? You must see this site I came across over the internet yesterday when I was bored to death. ***** I wonder why they chose Japanese for the best part of the song. I wonder how they're placing the languages.
I like the Japanese best, but not because of what the lyrics mean in English, but just because it sounds the coolest.
I love the japanese one.
Everything is better in japanese!
yes i totally agree i think the bahasa malaysia one was one of the best too
japanese FTW
1:12 her voice so cool🤭
Yea, sounds like an anime song. 😊

Everything in Japanese singing sounds cute.
True 😍
Man, that would be tough for the people writing the translations. Not only do they have to make the important words fit to the same places in the music, but also have to try their very best to make the words match the picture, to match the mouth that's singing it. Often going against the normal flow of the language or even making it awkward grammatically. Very impressive.
I don't know why but the Japanese version is so frickin cute xD
I love this. Every language is so beautiful (:
The French, Japanese, Russian and Danish ones were my favorites
I gotta say, never heard of Flemish before!
What about Swedish!? I just like how she... says it! Idk! xD
Flemish is actually a dialect of Dutch :)
PS: i'm Flemish :)
Russian and Danish
Props to Disney casting worldwide for nearly matching all the VO actresses perfectly in sound and tone! That is a feat!
yea i thought that too. just listen to demi lovato sing it and you'll know how different it sounds from one singer to the next. but then i thought they might have used a computer software to change the same singers recording's lyrics from one language to another.
Just gotta conclude that there are awesome singers/vocalist all around the world. All of these actresses that portrayed Elsa in their respective countries totally have fantastic voices.
Now imagine it for every Disney movie.
vl0k Now that's flippin' awesome!
''Merica'' I guess
I'm Portuguese and I had no idea what she was saying.
I actually enjoyed all the Chinese parts I had no idea what they were saying but it sounded GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The learning process of a language is a bitch tho. In some parts of Europe we learn sooo many languages. I have been taught Danish, English, German and French and it is not fun learning them. You are happy about it later in life tho.
Miranda Hepditch Estou aqui e vou ficar. Venha a tespestade.
I think it's a pity. I'm from Spain and I know Sapanish, Catalan, English, French and Japaneese. I think it's really amusing to learn other languages :D
Mandarin was absolutely gorgeous and Japanese was adorable! XD
French sounds Graceful
Hungarian sounds Formal
Serbian sounds Royal
Japanese sounds Cute
Norwegian sounds Beautiful
Those are my favorites, But all the languages sound great, and the song just flows so well with all the diversity in the languages:)
And I as a German gotta say that the German Version is one of the worst...
ZypoHD I have to say though the German part sounds very deep and emotional, overall I really like the German part.
Ben Johnson Yeah it sounds pretty good but the translation is just shit how Uthuriel just said in German
This song hit me on a different level when I figured out I have OCD.
"Let it go"
"Here I stand and here I'll stay, let the storm rage on."
"I'm never going back, the past is in the PAST."
for most of the languages it almost fit her mouth movement perfectly.
Akash Moana-Singh
Well duh, in others language they have to change up some of the words to fit the mouth movements.
A.D.D Thom ktbgh
Akash Moana-Singh... it is called translating while paraphrasing, to fit the words in different language perfectly. 😁
Akash Moana-Singh h
Norwegian fits pretty good
The Japanese one was my favorite! It sounds so cute!!!! I remember watching this on the DVD.
1 Japanese
2 French
3 mandarin
Japanese one literally gave me goosebumps wow
Thanks
From japan 💐💕
I was screaming when I heard it. 😍
The Norwegian version totally takes this song to her roots. This animated Disney movie is still a masterpiece.
Now that Elsa is free, she can release her other secret: Her ability to speak 25 languages one after the other and in song!
I like the japanese version

How do they all have the same voice...
exactly
@TheFireInInsfires - They were remarking the fact that they all sound very similar. I think it is quite obvious there are different singers.
Disney's genius, I was first shown this video in a translation class
How dare you say that Maria (the danish woman) sounds like... the others ರ_ರ I must admit, I feel a bit offended
That is the intention, to make voices very similar to dub for each language.
Oh well.. at least this multi-version doesn’t have “aAaAaaaaaaAaaaAaaaaAaaaaAaaaaaHhHhHhhHh” as a language...
This is to show a singer ability not Lyrica in any language
*Philis Kong* OMG INTO THE UNKNOWNS FAILLLL
I'm a Japanese and I'm so glad that the language of chorus start is Japanese!

It sounds ridiculous in Japanese like if it was an entirely different song.
mama no
@@8is no it doesn't. The Japanese version was beautiful
@@megurineziam5900 It's more like that one part sounds *WAY* different than all the other songs which I think is just funny. The rest of the song is good, I have Japanese on the top 7 spot.
The Japanese one was cool
The amount of times I watched this is unhealthy
Ari no, mama no!
i love your pic of Sana from the girl group TWICE♡ Onces are everywhere!
I'm your 200th like
Why is everything spoken in Japanese just so adorable?
well you know what they say "THE CUTER YOU ARE THE CUTER YOU SPEAK"
jennette mccurdy umm, "cutter"? i think you mean "cuter"
Martin Stranden , I'm pretty sure she said cuter , either it's me or you might need to check your eyes ;-)
xXfootballfan20Xx jennette mccurdy edited the comment
xXfootballfan20Xx you should check your brain

The most amazing thing about this is the fact that it sounds like one person singing in different languages.... Really good work on the casting, from all countries ^^
