As always you never fail at a simple effective combination drill. This whole series is like a basic alphabet of techniques. (I still have trouble with the spada y daga though.) 😉
I wish someday yawyan, Sikaran, Dumog and other Filipino unarmed combat will popularized in world of mma. Like Karate, Taekwondo, Muay thai,boxing Jijitsu and Wrestling. Just imagine how mma fighters would react to those bolo punches
