Exquisite condition W115. My dad, who became interested and inspired by Mercedes engineering and quality in the US Army in WW2, began restoring late fifties W105 Pontons in 1966. He bought his first brand new Benz at Mercedes Manhattan in 1974, a midnight blue 220 (gas 6 cyl) with a black MB Tex interior. If he was still with us, he would go bonkers for this vehicle and it brings back many memories of washing and waxing for me! 😅

Great to see a W115 coming down the pipe! They seem to be the rarest of all classic Mercedes, even though they were very popular when new.
