Many people make this mistake Horacio can speak English very well but he chooses to speak Italian In 2016 I watched documentary or in the life of pagani I wouldn’t call it a documentary but it covered how the company started with How he moved from Argentina to Italy to build his company and the journalists would interview everyone and one of the employees said Horacio can speak English but he chooses not to as he fully prefers speaking Italian. But of course over time we tend lose touch with a language to speak it fluently but as you saw for a moment he greeted in English I like this because Horacio does it to really see a persons character as stated In the show I mentioned about his life and building pagani. While you might think he can’t speak English you never know how he can understand 👌👌👌 he is an incredibly intelligent human being
