@@milodautkitteh They do get the one chance to get back in. Depending how long the round takes, it is possible they could be ‘out’ for awhile. If you’re worried that they are inactive for too long, you could have the ‘out’ players perform a certain number of exercises (push-ups, wall taps, etc) while they are off to the side. May also motivate them to try to stay in longer…

I would require them to do jumping jacks, march or wall squat while waiting so there is no laziness ;0)
I'd consider changing the name of the game
