Your sinful THOUGHTS can cause these dreams. Sometimes it's as simple as GETting understanding of the power of the cross and stand in authority against generational curses of lust, repent of lust (and all past sexual immortality) and then command the lust demons to leave your soul, body, and life, using the scriptures and the word of God. I myself had to wake up at all times of the night to pray AT THE TIME I know usually have the dreams. I fought this demon (some call it spirit spouse/incubus/succubus) for almost 3 years and finally got delivered. But if you are a fake, carnal, lukewarm Christians- you won't have the discipline nor the power to stand against these dangerous lust demons.

My issue with this is that you mock people who struggle with their sexuality without providing a solution. And then the ones who practice self control and not act on it, you further condemn. Give people a solution and provide steps to deliverance instead of just talking down on them.
