Great video! I just ordered one of these Racks myself (in Maple finish) to rackmount my two units of Warm Audio 412s an RME UFX III & a Focusrite Clarett+ OctoPre for additional inputs for my drums. Unfortunately I had to return the first rack (different brand). It was broken. Really looking forward to the upgraded preamps. What do you think about the WA-412 pres?
Yes! Hahah! Bang for buck, Warm Audio is HARD to beat! I built my whole rack with WA gear for a very wallet friendly amount (considering it is analog gear after all!) Glad you're digging the vids!
It's been a fantastic build! I actually did a video on it. Here is the link to it. Some of the pieces might be discontinued, you finding something similar would be easy. ua-cam.com/video/wFGhj1wyVd0/v-deo.html
It's made of a MDF type material. It's very heavy and feels quality built once it's all together. If you get one and it lives on a carpet, I'd suggest putting it on furniture mover pads. When I need to get behind mine, it's a pain when it's fully loaded with gear. But overall, I'd buy another!
Are you in the market for a new rack? Looking to add some analog gear?
Where do you normally shop?
@@jongemmill4030 most all of the time I'll shop online at Sweetwater.com or Reverb.com
I've learned the hard way that the indispensable heart of my analogue rack is a patchbay.
Dope Rack, enjoy‼️‼️‼️
Thank you! It honestly looks great for only $250!

Dope setup. Does the walnut rack feel like real walnut or is it a sticker of walnut ?
I'm not wood expert, but I can say with confidence that it is just a fake walnut finish. Looks nice in person tho!
Hello, I wonder if a mixer Soundcraft Uir24 would fit in this rack, the mixer is 19" width. Please let me know. Thanks and have a good one
You think a lot like me. Am glad i found your channel on UA-cam. Subscribed :)
That's what I like to hear! Thanks for stumbling across the channel and subscribing! 🔥
Great setup! Love your desk. What kind of desk is it? I’m looking for something similar. Thanks!!!

@@ZachWirchak That is so awesome! Thanks!!!!
@@PabloLaFrossia No problem!
The diagrams on the instructions couldve been better. Theyre ikea level.
Nice I’m looking into getting the desk and rack from gator. Do you know if this is actually wood or is this mdf and laminate?

@@ZachWirchak thanks. There is not a lot of review vids on these but for $250 it seems like a pretty good deal. Thanks for the moving tip.
@@Sadsoft No problem! The putting together is a little bit of a pain... but once you get over that, it's pretty great band for buck in my opinion!
does it come with rack screws?
It doesn't come with them. I also read that you need to get the gator screws. The ones I bought that work great are item number GRW-SCRW050
@@ZachWirchak Thank you so much
@@djpioneer937 no problem!
The most important steps were skipped between 4:04 and 4:08, i'm still clueless as to what the instructions are saying
If i remember correctly, at that point the sides just slide over the rods/hardware.

Mi dispiace sentirlo! Il cattivo servizio clienti è il peggiore.
