Storage units were great in the late 1980's. and the early 1990's. Then, buying storage units were over promoted. Units that I usually got for around $50.00 began getting pushed up to around $150.00. It began to get much harder to make money on your purchase.

I remember one video you guys went to a neighborhood garage sale and he said it someone else's dog after he pet it, it was so sweet! I hope his dream of talking to the animals comes true. I would only worry if the animals start talking back.
Box resizers I have both styles of handheld box resizing tools. I find the slide style useful for straighter lines on bigger boxes, either along the inside or outside, but the simple ones that look like a utility knife get used almost daily around here, especially on smaller (12” or less sizes) boxes. On First Class packages, the resizing can easily/quickly keep your weight from jumping up a tier. With smaller new flat packed boxes, that come in bundles, I run the perforations along the box’s outside, while the box is still flat, before folding. 2 passes does all for sides and 4 slits in the corner are all it takes. Well worth the tools cost.

collect rocks from all your favorite spots and make a backsplash out of that! or go to a junkyard and get lots of glass (bottles, tiles, trinkets, etc) and make a mosaic backsplash!! :) You guys are rad!

ABSOLUTELY, My husband and I were able to have 1 child after 15 years of marriage. It was medical problems. I've had people say, "Don't you like children?:" We're now married 46 years and our 31 year old son is a high school teacher. Hayley and Josh, those years before a child were wonderful, we wouldn't give them up. Of course our son has been a great experience too. God Bless you both.
Are you two aware of the Saturday, April 16; “123 multi yard sale.” It is about 40 miles long. It goes from Westminster, SC across the Georgia line. Rain is forecast in the morning, but the sale will begin around 10:00 a.m. I have never attended, but it sounded fun. 😀
FIFO/LIFO accounting only pertains to businesses that track inventory (and attach it to customer sales) For this type of reselling, inventory should be tracked as non-inventory items, since it's not being individually tracked en masse. As for LLC v SCorp, most resellers are just fine at the LLC level, regardless of overall gross/net revenues. Basically, as Josh said, it offers protection for personal v business assets, with less overall regulation. As one scales, where shares might be in play, and a BOD, then an SCorp might be more advisable. But for the most part, at the level most flippers/resellers are at, a LLC in preferable to both a Sole Prop, or a SCorp.
Please don't move box turtles out of the area that you find them in. They have about a mile range that is their territory. If you remove them from their territory, they can't find their way back. If you find one in the road, just move it across the road in the direction it is facing. If it's on your property, just move it to a different spot in the yard. We have a wooded lot and find turtles all the time. I move turtles out of our street all the time.

I'm an artist and I post on Instagram a lot and I've started getting these creepy messages from guys acting like they love my art and just wanna be "friends." They message me and I used to message back and be like what do you want? They're always new accounts with no posts and i figure they are probably fake pictures on their profile, too. Now I just block them all. It's so gross!! You guys are great! Keep up the good work and good dog, Mose!

I kinda was forced into the reselling business. Quit my Job over a fight with the boss and i cant get another Job easy with my situation. Im lucky i got tons of old video games worth money and thats what got me going. Im stressing out the taxes stuff and sourcing situation. Not sure how taxes work on things that i sell on things that i owned sense a child.

Oh, dear, my response sounds rude. I apologize, that was not my intention at all! You're right, if you join a medical sharing organization with a pre-existing condition, they don't have to pay for anything that you need. For our family, we pay less covering those things and our monthly "share" than we would if we had traditional insurance (since we don't qualify for any discounts with my husband's self-employed income). For the things that we've needed help with long-term, we just had to jump through a couple hoops (having a note from the Pediatrician that it was necessary). Anyway, hope you're having a great weekend!

I got a question about refunds. A guy that was 6'4 ordered a pair of jeans from me and he wants to return them. I live in Canada and he lives in the U.S. I put in my listing the rise and the inseam and I've never has a problem. He's claiming I didn't have enough info in my listing. He left me negative feedback. So I called Ebay and they are siding with me and said not to refund the person. I offered originally to refund the money and let him keep the item and he proceeded to leave negative feedback before me issuing the refund. So I got pissed and called Ebay. Anyone have any thoughts? It would be greatly appreciated.... Ebay said that they are making a request for removal of the negative feedback.
