I use a filter floss roll that I get for pretty cheap on ebay. about 15in by 30feet I want to say for about $20-25. Last me quite a while. I cut it down to size and just throw it away after 3-4 days. easier than cleaning filter socks for sure.
@@reefingainteasy3754 some squares I cut to size I place inside of a media basket and the other I place inside of a media cup where a filter sock used to be.
I love the concept but I don’t have standard length socks. Do you make a shorter version? I’m not at home but I believe my socks are 9 inch tall and 4 inch ring.
I would like two made for my 26 Sapphire trigger sump 4". That way I have an extra one to replace the dirty one. Just the filter holders . I believe this will last longer in my sump. Now I replace every three days.

I can’t wait to try it out. I love that because it’s not a sock, it should be easier to release the pods, baby brittle stars, etc.

We can make them shorter, the regular size is about 9.25 inches
