At 7:58 white played Qd4+ and the moves played from that point on were Bf6, Qc5 Re7, Qxa5 Re5, Bb5 Rg5+ so I think that Levy started premoving in a confusing manner and it might have looked as if he didn’t take a free queen on a5 :)
