At present, the number of Hindi speaking people in India is more than those who speak English or other languages, but due to the availability of high quality literature in Hindi / lack of better information, the backwardness is more,
His education is done in mother tongue Hindi and due to lack of resources, he is not able to get higher education. Since higher education is in English and his schooling mother tongue is Hindi, he feels uncomfortable in learning the English language and therefore refrains from learning.
English is the basis of higher education. All the original articles / research are in this language, due to the people of these Hindi speaking areas, because their mother tongue is Hindi and they do not know English, especially people from rural backgrounds are not able to get authentic information so heard. Only listen to things that are true.
Due to lack of authentic literature in Hindi, they remain backward.
Efforts made in this way, by presenting literature in English or other Indian languages in Hindi, can fill this gap quickly.
