Just practice is probably the biggest, and dont be tempted to just copy any big youtuber or streamers sens, just find the one your comfortable and over time youll start to hit them more and more frequently

I use capcut, and when you have a clip on the timeline, you just click on it and top left is an effects panel, go to it and scroll down to where it says motion blur, and you can edit it to your choosing
