I NEED MORE OF THIS. arguably the most fascinating element of overwatch is the analysis of hero experts to see just how well they have optimized their playstyle and mechanics.
Rare to find good Junkrat content because everyone thinks he’s easy, and they just leave him for utility. Their loss. Keep up the great work! And please keep featuring Junker!
Dude i played against a particular ashe main who was just unbelievably good. They would shoot whilst aimed in then immediately follow up with a hip fire shot. The dude hardly missed and and always got headshots, two tapping everyone. With a mercy pocket it was acc unplayable. If the guys saw u, u died. I have never seen someone so good. They may been hacking bc their aim was just too good but it didnt look weird in any way.
Just an idea I realized that he delayed his tire when the fight was lost. Maybe he did it to at least stagger an enemy for the longest amount of time possible
i should definitely take notes from this Junk when i play im like a hopping lunatic always jumping every few seconds as long as i can keep a spare emergency mine and pestering the enemy anywhere i can like a mosquito terrorist
I love your content, it’s the exact kind of stuff I care about most when it comes to competitive shooters and I’ve been quite into overwatch recently, I hope a tracer video comes soon and also keep up the good work :)
It doesn't exist the West, which is why we want to share it! Coaches in Korea say that it's one of the biggest factors that prevent players from climbing. The highest tier players tend to have an instinctive sense of it, so explaining it might not be useful to them, but for 95% of the playerbase, understanding turns and implementing it in games can help them climb at least a full rank.
I recently started playing junk rat this season and got masters 3 because of it. But this level of play makes me want to take more advantage of tight spaces! Great video as always.
8:07 is like the most default flank, how didn't anybody look at him? I suspect that his mine is not very loud. If it had the same volume as a widow's grapple everybody would have turned his way. Also, looking at how he utilizes tire (often times to make space) there is also a sound volume involved. Bcos his tire is so fucking loud that you can't help yourself but hide and just let your tank/team die. I have found the same thing visor. It so hard to kill stuff with it that it's just better to simply make noise with it so enemy team panics and uses their ults or gives up space. I also wonder how loud junk's footsteps are compared to other heroes. Bcos tracer is pretty loud even when crouching. I wonder if there are some not-so-obvious junk's advantages (like the absolutely atrocious size of his projectiles).
You are going to blow up😁 any chance you could do winston on this video style from high ranks? Im low GM/ high master tank player who feels like I feed a lot and sometimes dont know when to really prioritize jumping on what targets or when to play slower to not feed
So As another JunkRat Main I The only thing I don't think I can do or master in this video is the Phara 1v1's cause the problem I have is when I try and get away the Phara chases me and I die.
I think the reason Junkrat is often considered a low skill/skillcap hero is because his shots are so hard to aim precisely that it is sometimes a game of luck if you hit your shots. However, what I have seen from these showcases is that some people are so good they CAN aim his shots precisely. Then he becomes a completely different beast.
9:00 calling junkrat busted after seeing this is hilarious. this guy is among the best junk players, and he just about manages to make this playstyle valueful. an average level junk player will not hit many shots from those angles and just be useless. it is substatially harder to play this careful with junkrat because you need to play close to enemies in order to secure kills. junkrat also by no means is invincible when playing in small rooms, he only has a favored matchup it tight spaces. this doesnt really save him if multiple people push him tho. How "busted" junkrat is can be obvious from your early statement: he is the first to be rank 1 junk in asia region. how many sojourns, widows, hanzos, echos have been it that spot?
I NEED MORE OF THIS. arguably the most fascinating element of overwatch is the analysis of hero experts to see just how well they have optimized their playstyle and mechanics.
Even as a support main, I’m learning from this guy’s pathing.
same
2:55 how am I just realizing there’s a balcony there?
I didn't find out about it's existence until I did a mercy parkour thing. I don't think there are stairs leading to it.
Rare to find good Junkrat content because everyone thinks he’s easy, and they just leave him for utility. Their loss. Keep up the great work! And please keep featuring Junker!
3:00 I've played this map so many times but i've never seen anyone use this spot. I didn't even know it existed wtf
my boy sabongd wallriding the riptire like a lucio 3:33
Please do one on a Top 500 Ashe main. Loving the content!

THIS is what you call overwatch educational content
and not that bs "unranked to gm"
Awkwards UR2GM are actually educational tho
The wild junkrat waits patiently for his prey

I had no idea what turns were before this video lol. Imma need to watch more of this guy tho, he's beyond cracked
The only respectable junkrat
Aquamarine? :(

@@VultureOW because all the junks just spam primary fire all the time

Honestly, I thank you so much. I look forward to all your videos as a gift and I am never disappointed.
I currently have 17 hours in as junkrat and a 51 percent accuracy I’m hoping I could get to the top 500 as junkrat this season or the mext
I may be bias towards junkrat, but i love this
7:27 The emphasis on patterns here is spot on.
"I didnt even mean to shoot him, he just caught me by surprise"
Amazing analysis, would love to see more JunkRat
as a Pharah main, i like hunting Junkrats... and occasionally counter widowmaker too
As I've been playing junk since overwatch was released I have been wondering if there was a junk out there like me and I have now found him💯❤
Note to self tight rooms + ally Junk = safe
Those left clicks are insane oO
Been watching sabongd since your last video on him he is amazing
@2:54 not me just now learning there's a balcony there....
This guy has 3 brains
I love your content, it’s the exact kind of stuff I care about most when it comes to competitive shooters and I’ve been quite into overwatch recently, I hope a tracer video comes soon and also keep up the good work :)
Before this video the only junkrat content I really get was aquamarine, so it's nice to see some variety
Bro this reminds me of Tim and Moby, but I love it, amazing vid, and I learned alot
Looks more like a Asian version of Aquamarine. That zig zag tire is one of his main deals.
I still think junk can be played in open with team coordination and be deadly
I really like your content, keep it up. Also would be very cool to see top 500 pharah or echo against hitscans
Can we get an Orisa or Lucio Analysis, been loving these videos! Keep it up
First time I've heard the term turn in overwatch, although I've only hit high diamond in the earlier seasons of overwatch 1

Wow can't believe I've only just found your channel. I'm going to like and comment on every video if they are anything like this one.
very underated overwatch content creator, keep up the good work!
he’s very patient
Love precision, imagination, and explanation. Please do (every hero) next.

Of course, we're always in the process of obtaining replay codes from players!
to play monke must use monke brain.
So As another JunkRat Main I The only thing I don't think I can do or master in this video is the Phara 1v1's cause the problem I have is when I try and get away the Phara chases me and I die.
what was that widow kill???

great breakdown. also if you always lurk in small rooms / stay hidden, the enemies will forget about you and become vulnerable to soft / hard flanks
++ getting killed by a hidden opponent makes them upset so they'll try to find you next fight so probably making mistakes and getting killed again.
2:57 I've never seen that balcony in my life... How long has that been there?
Since the map's release!
@@KROW_OW wow tysm for the content and the knowledge. That's a good angle to hold with Jr
this guys fucking tires remind me of the movie rubber 😭😭

#humbled I thought I was good cause I can hit skill shots but wow my positioning is silver
how does playing like this make up for bad players on your team giving away the win?
It can at the minimum stop you from losing because of your mistakes!
It’s always fascinating to me how the most effective ways to play hero often ends up being counter to what was intended..
