I grew up raising show sheep. We dewormed every 6 months switching up dewormers as vets have always recommended. Then we had a sheep die from worms. My mom dug deep and found out the sheep had worms that had grown resistant to the dewormer. We learned that pumpkins are a natural dewormer. So every year after we are done with our decorative pumpkins we feed them to our livestock. We have never had a problem with worms again!!! And no we do not use dewormers anymore.
Don’t know why this happened to pop up on my feed. I have no animals at this time but I was fascinated by it and watched the whole interview! Dr. Jones is hysterical and I found myself laughing along with them and love that there are alternative choices for our animals as well. Very interesting!! Opened my eyes !
It was "meant to be" in your feed. ❤️
Love Dr. Jones. He makes anything interesting and memorable.
This man is just brilliant. Loved this interview. Someday ill be taking his class.
Thank you! This is very important and personal for me. No cows in my life, but I have lost 3 border collies to cancer. This mrna vaccine development has shot huge warnings to me.
Red flags big time
Nice interview! LOVE the babies!!!
I was not expecting to see Doc Jones in your video. Very cool. 👍😃
Thank you so much Melissa! We have highlands and she is hopefully going to have a calf this spring. This is exactly the video I have been waiting for... being enrolled in Doc Jone's School, I trust him.
This was amazing!!!! I miss my vets from my younger days. They worked more like Dr. Jones😊
Thank you so much for doing this video! We live in Kansas and have a small herd of beef cattle. I had no idea that you can use all of those herbs with animals! We are trying to raise our livestock as holistically as we can, not using all the medications most people use if there is a holistic alternative. This has been an eye opener and very educational for me as a producer.
Thanks Melissa
Love doc jones. I defiantly don't do any v for my animals. The only time I dealt with parvo was when a v puppy shed it to a non v puppy. Parvo is awful awful and the puppy lived. I've had 3 litters of puppies that there survivor pup sired since. I did herbs (paxaid formula ) colloidal silver and ringers lactaid injections for a week. Also lots of washing and changing clothes and a cleaner called sniper to disinfect . I quarantined for a month after and praise Yah never dealt with it again!
Praise Yah!
Just remember parvo dose live in soil for 10 years
He is such a wealth of information!
As always, Dr Jones is awesome! He’s a great guy
Great video. Wish I had a doc like Dr. Jones!
Thank you
I enjoyed the videos,
But would have been more help if you had shown the plants 🪴 the ground and where to find them.
I have Hylands in NC. They are foragers not grazers. They will graze but their body knows what it needs.Ours is huge, we don't vaccine.
Where in NC are you?
Interesting
Your animals look so very healthy Melissa!! I would bet because you don't vax ✌💞.
We use nosodes for our dogs to avoid parvo vax
Melissa I like be your cows!!! They just wanted to be included in the conversations
Crimping the bulls is also an option
When they're small yes, but it's not best if they're older
Learned alot
Not impressed with some
Interesting
