    Coach your core will kill you for it but really interested in you trying Suna Rintaro's cross-shot. 😂 The one where he leans and spikes it away from his body.

    The second technique was so hard because the ball was coming at Atsumu at really high speed, in the anime they didnt portrait it that well but the main reason why everyone was so schocked, was because he completely killed the forward momentum of the ball after the dig. Or thats how i interpreted it. Of course the postion in which he tossed the ball was also part of that awesome play , but in my opinion it wasnt the main part. Nonetheless great video coach!

      on top of that i think he doesn't put his knee to the ground like coach did, he fully stretched his leg out meaning the only stability he had was from his feet which is crazy, I do understand if coach can't do that cause it's pretty impossible.

    Yeah setters always try this with their friends like me hahaha, even in game we tried though it cost us a point still it was fun to try new things. I'm not used to toss by number points, I just toss the ball on how I see my attackers prepare for their jump.

    Hello coach...I am feeling very depressed these days...two days we had a tournament and it was my first official tournament and I was playing opposite hitter ....there was no attacker other than me and I had great setter and an amazing libero ...I am an average player but I love to hit the ball...there were high blocks in front of me and I gathered a lot of points thanks to my teammates but I fouled ( hit the ball in net about 10 times ) and got blocked ....we lost two matches in a row and got eliminated...and my setter was asking me to join the blocks with him but I could not keep up but he is a very great guy he was calm all the time encouraging me ...also I played for the first time in front of lots of people.... every night I just can't sleep...the thoughts come to me and I cry .....how should I overcome this????I want to play and be a player the team can be proud of ..

      Guess what... you've tasted defeat. Now you can train knowing that the only way to go is up. I did the same thing a couple weeks ago and took it seriously. I was seriously crushed but used that anger to practice more. I get the feeling, no one is going to help you so you should take action first. Just like Asahi who felt that he couldn't be the ace anymore and wanted to quit, came back and became the ace again.

    Heyy Coach, i would like to give you a recommendation to react The First Slam Dunk Movie by Takehiko Inoue. It's one of the best sports manga and anime of all time. This show is on same level with Haikyuu and maybe arguably better than Haikyuu. In fact, the author of Haikyuu was inspired by Takehiko Inoue (Slam Dunk Writer's). The animation is on another level, It's very good at giving the impression of real basketball movements. More importantly, I want to know from athlete perspective about The First Slam Dunk Movie. I hope you read this and make my wish come true 🙏🤞. Thank You

    Hey everyone, I have a volleyball rules question. If the other team overpasses the ball and my teammate decides to take a swing at it ~4' behind the net and hits it into the net. Can I play the ball off the net? The ref called a dead ball and said any failed attack on an overpass is a dead ball even on 1st contact. I couldn't find any rules to confirm this and never heard of it before.

    • @Nattiboy506
      @Nattiboy506 7 місяців тому

      Yes, you have two more touch attempts to hit it over the net.
