The teleporter in The vault provides you with the return to volt spell which allows you to send Jules gold weapons whatever you want back to the vault from anywhere in Skyrim
Somebody had fun making this video and it's easy to see why. The area seems a bit cold to spend much time out there sitting in a throne for Frostfall types and I think a few pelts about along with * some ivy would warm the inside nicely. Overall though I just want to throw a toga party and listen to some 2Cellos jams.
Wow, between the auroras and the interior, I can't decide if I like the outside or the home better. Wonderful showcase, Feb - thanks for showing us around.
thanks for the lookaround on the place, it's semi-stumping me with certain aspects of the house, like I would've taken days to find out you needed to make a spell in order to unlock the vault. or those two chests in the thrall room, no idea what those do, they don't sort items. in any event this isn't a new mod, it's new to special edition, but this is older than caranthir tower, infact that mod was inspired by this. a mod which, if you haven't checked out, you should. it's a cozy little project that takes irl weeks to months to complete, it's broken down, it's residents abandoned, just like this place: it's shut down entirely. you reach a certain level and a man comes to you with a preposition, and then begins the most extreme diy house quest mod i've ever indulged in. darkfox does some amazing stuff, but be warned he's a real dickhead when it comes to how he hides the secrets, of which there are for lack of a less understated word, many. i'm fairly certain I haven't even found them all, and it's been years since I started playing. then again at a certain point i've stopped actively searching.
LOL I totally get it - I think Caranthir was one where I ended up doing like a mini-series as I went along. My favourite mod of his is still A Cat's Life:)
I downloaded this and yesterday I downloaded the College of Winterhold Sith Retexure, now the home has Sith/Empire logos and the statue in house looks like darth maul just like at the college. Point is I wasn’t expecting that to happen another mod but it’s cool
This mod really reminds me of caranthir tower, if I had to make a choice between the two, it would have to be caranthir to be totally honest with you not that I don’t like this one but caranthir tower just has a more relaxed play style. It can fit into just about any character build where as this mod your a mage or spell sword or nothing at all.
This looks amazing saw it on bethnet the other day was hoping you'd cover it :) would be cool place to roleplay starting your own magic college or something. Love the thrall thing being able to send minions out to do tasks for you, that's very innovative, don't think I've ever seen anything like that in a mod before. Also love the teeny-tiny mannequins agree that's the size they all should be lol then you could just line them all up on a shelf, and they're going to look pretty adorable when they're all dressed up. Look forward to using this in my next mage playthrough!
Kick ass home! Very pretty place, truly lovely, outside and the inside are both lovely very lovely very pretty place. I love that the staff are mostly ghost including the horse and the chef is a skeleton. There has to be a vampire room in there, somewhere, has to be some hidden lever somewhere. Glad you liked it Feb! Certainly seems to be the definitive "mage" home right now. Lots to love here on this mod. Frostspire is one of my favourite mods, and I have had it on three playthroughs. I believe it's new, but there is a note on the desk in the bedroom that reads "I have hidden what you requested. Nobody should find it up there. Just incase you need us to get it back for you, I placed some ledges near the garden. - S" and I can not find anything in association in the garden
Love this place but there is one mystery I never figured out. I got a key from somewhere in the tower called the Underwater Cavern Key or something like that. I never found where it went and I swam all around the water outside the tower.
Use your map that shows the more detailed or up close. It's there and it's got something good. Also the desk in the main bedroom has a hidden note. That's all I've found so far.

You said the mannequins were not as scary when tiny. I think you would enjoy,"Trilogy of Terror" starring Karen Black of all people and see how scary tiny can be, haha. Although it is easiest to snatch em up and toss em in the fireplace; although "I" would never do that, haha. Okay step one: get the home. Step two: collect tankards(everywhere!). Step three: leave a trail of tankards to prevent dying lost in the maze! I prefer the open shelves because I like to use things like Imperial helmets and jugs and other useless junk I have collected as bookends. I like it! One last thing: The toilets are in the showers? That is a troll's Bidet I guess. Thanks for the fun.
Feb, you know what they say: Never trust a skinny Chef! 😆 Oh, and the Tele Locator is obviously for locating your telly! 😂 I did like Sweepy, and that bath house was reminiscent of the ones from Roman times, don't you think? I would decorate it with hanging moss. It's no wonder you get lost inside, as it all looks very much the same except for the individual rooms. The outside is quite nice, though. Not to my taste at all, but you make it worth the while. Thanks, again. 😊
I know it's not meant to be lore friendly but this looks like it could have belonged to the Jarl of Winterhold before the collapse. Makes sense considering it's old dark and abandoned when you first get there.
I apologize for the syntax and spelling errors. I blame my android and not myself for simply overlooking those mistakes because I'm looking down and not up. Can I be blamed if I missed "you're" instead "your"? Or "second form" instead of "second firm"? These auto-correct features should really actually auto-correct.
I'm stuck at the part where it says to investigate. I read the book, tried the portal room, looked for anything in the alchemy garden to interact with, used spells on the icy blockades, talked to the mages in winter hold, tried clairvoyance, nothing works. What am I missing that others aren't? Cuz I'm just stuck in the alchemy garden and portal room phase.
This has an update and it's very good. More storage in a few places especially the smithy. There's a room for four followers. There's a new wardrobe making npc and room across from the bedroom. Some mannequins can be changed into trees. I know you'd love that Feb. lol There's a horse. I found the small vampire lair. Look for a button at the bottom of a stairway. A secret chest on and outside the home and an underwater little cave. Both have a unique item. And if anyone finds all four of the gems let me know. I have the Spore one, the heavy one and the patience one. I can't for the life of me find the other one. There's a key to the vault now. It's just out of site but not out of reach in the bedroom. You'll still need the master unlock spell unless you want to dally with all the new items locked throughout the home in displays and whatnot. The outdoor alchemy garden has been improved nicely as well. Good luck. 😊
@@scoot4348where’s the entrance to the cave? I have the wonderful fear of water and am giving myself mad anxiety searching for it 😅😅 I will still continue to search for it myself, and will have hopefully found it by the time I get a response, but just in case 😅

Plus if anyone's a fan of the author Garth Nix did anyone else get 'sending' vibes from the ghostly servants For anyone that doesn't know please go and check out the sabriel it's a wonderful book and the audiobook in my opinion is even better because it's read by Tim Curry and sending they are kind of like the magical equivalent to artificial intelligence made up of magic wired spells that turn turn into creatures of pure light who can be programmed to do simple tasks but if you leave them running for many years without suspending them they will start developing personalities Pps there's also sarcastic talking cat if anyone was a fan of Sabrina the Teenage Witch the original series there's definitely echoes of Salem
A Fantastic exterior against that sky, the outside architexture reminds me of a Russian Orthodox Church. It's a magical destination as much as a home, a must-have.
No, it doesn't for a reason - this is a brand new mod and, as I said in the video, I didn't want to spoil it for everyone before they had a chance to play it for themselves!

13 1/2 minutes in; Never grow up, it's for suckers! Bills and dirty dishes tis all you'll find so exit stage thata way touche and save the magic broom.
This mod is "meh". Needs more beds/rooms for companions/followers. There's an invisible blockade on the right side of the path leading to the master bedroom, close to whatever the hell that one darkened room is. The vault defense is pretty damn unnecessary. Training dummies don't do shit for anything. And scrolls? Really? Who in their right mind uses a one-time-use only spell? And the most annoying bit is the pop-up's for mannequins for armor/clothing only. I'm doubting any of the current issues other users have pointed out on the nexus are going to get fixed so likely a mod to be uninstalled and forgotten.
I have actually added a companion quarters in update 2.0. There is now also a puzzle to open the vault. The training dummies will level your skills if you hit them when they have their shields down. Scrolls can be useful if you don't know the spell, or don't have the magicka to spare, my favorite is paralyze scrolls. I have also patched manaquins in version 2.0, so they are more compatible with other mods.
Love it. Such nostalgia from the first time I looked around Frostcrag spire in Oblivion.
I love that it's giving everyone the feels:)

Only 3 1/2 minutes in and I'm sold. Action figures in Skyrim! How cool. I do hope they move about on their own 😁

Here is what I have discovered so far and I hope it's helpful to anyone who wants spoilers...
Ok so let's start with the bath house... if you dive into the water in the pool you get a plus 10 to Magic and plus 10 to health buff that last for like an hour if you go into the bathrooms if you stand under the shower while it's on you get a plus-10 to speechcraft that last for like 30 minutes then if you walk over to the toilet and sit on it you get the ease burden effect which is a plus 10 to carry capacity
When you exit the bath house you will see a door across from you it leads into a spiral staircase that goes down there are boxes on the ground at the base of this stairwell on the wall behind those boxes is a button if you hit it you gain access to a modest vampire lair and two barrels that give you free blood potions
When you are out at the base of the stairs in front of the Tower turn around 180 degrees and basically search the water to your right the door is not actually attached to the island itself more like a pile of rubble that is only visible under the water enter the door and you will find a tiny space that has a skeleton in it and the helmet fin gleam from Oblivion the skeleton has a little note in its inventory
Go to the bedroom and step on the teleport pad to teleport to the top of the tower from outside drop down to the outer ring follow it around the whole Tower if you can complete the circle without having to jump over anything you need to go 1 ledge lower it's basically nestled just above the outdoor Alchemy Station if you walk through the door to the outdoor Alchemy Station and the alchemy table is right in front of you up and to the right too high for you to jump to (this why u gotta come from above) is a treasure chest with a ring that is a magic resistance ring and a spell summon ancient troll
The switch in the vault shuts off the magnet in the bowl outside that snatches your lock picks if you click on the bowl in the center of the Vault you get a spell that you can cast on any item in the game and it will teleport it to the center of that bowl I haven't tested it on NPCs yet
I guess the last thing is that your servants will run out into the world and collect things for you making leaving the tower rather unnecessary yes you can send them all out on the same mission if you want more of a certain thing in the room with these guys are 6 wizards look at their feet there's a plaque each one of these Wizards has a story click on I think it's called the recall pad it's one of the teleportation pads in the room with your Daedric servants when you click it you will gain a spell that will teleport you back to the tower from anywhere and if you click on that pad you'll go right back to where you teleported from so it sets a recall location at whatever spot you teleported back to the tower from
There may be more to this mod but this is all of the stuff I have been able to find oh yeah one final note you can turn off every torch and fireplace in the Tower by clicking on it even the ones with the dark glowing energy in place of the flames the Atronach Forge is exactly what it looks like except there's a spell in that room that translates Daedric to English when you cast it on something in the game that's written in Daedric specifically Atronach Forge recipes there's even one in the room to test the spell on and a few ingredients scattered about
I love this mod I love the scroll crafting books in the bedroom on the table I've always wanted to make a character that relied on Scrolls so this mod is perfect also if you are running the Brotherhood of old mod that extends the Dark Brotherhood quest it conflicts with the placement of this Tower and makes that Quest mod unfinishable at least as far as I can tell the location of the Tower is the exact same location as The Fringe sanctum which is a location from the Brotherhood of old questline

Glad you liked it Feb! Certainly seems to be the definitive "mage" home right now. Lots to love here on this mod. Supprising there is no follower bed or quarters, well I guess mages always have that hermit persona. Lol. Another suggestion for you but not sure if I have mentioned it to you before. Nightweilder spire. Anyway...great review and thanks for no spoilers, your the best.☃️
I love it - thanks Wayne! So sorry I forgot to credit you with putting me on to it - I forget stuff:( Yes, when a mod is new I try to restrain myself from giving spoilers lol - I haven't got Nightweilder in my notebook so I'll definitely check it out - thanks as always!
Yes it's definitely been updated since I did this video!
There is a note from sweepy saying there is something hidden in the garden but I cant find whatever it is
There is a follower quarters attached to the bath house
You have a really nice voice!! Totally just subbed
Thank you so much Jimbo:)
You can whistle to inigo when he's close and he'll move.
I know - I just treat him like a real person for some reason lol.
@@deadman7728 what desk
@@tb1669 I believe the main bedroom. It's been a while so now I'm not sure
Finally found the underwater cave on this mod I was blessed.
Where is it
where bro
@@GladlyOnXbox within the area of the front stairway, stand at the bottom of the stairway then go underwater facing the stairway, so walk backwards if ya need to then search within that area for a cave with a door.
@@DragonSora thank you bro, no one else has said anything online location wise
@@DragonSora i feel dumb because i still can’t find it, i did the steps like you said and went all the way under to search and i went to the glacier infront and to the side and still nothing…
LOL - you're welcome:)
Feb, you know what they say: Never trust a skinny Chef! 😆
Oh, and the Tele Locator is obviously for locating your telly! 😂
I did like Sweepy, and that bath house was reminiscent of the ones from Roman times, don't you think? I would decorate it with hanging moss.
It's no wonder you get lost inside, as it all looks very much the same except for the individual rooms. The outside is quite nice, though.
Not to my taste at all, but you make it worth the while.
Thanks, again. 😊
Lol @ never trust a skinny chef
Feb: Pretty~
Everyone else: oOoOoHhHh so cool!!!
Me with my gutter brain seeing the cover of the video: *click* NOICE 👌😉
Heh:)
Frost spire is so far!!!! Thanks Feb!
:XD
Thanks for making the video.
My pleasure!
Reminds me of a home in Oblivion.
I know it's not meant to be lore friendly but this looks like it could have belonged to the Jarl of Winterhold before the collapse. Makes sense considering it's old dark and abandoned when you first get there.
Oh I can see that:)
Anyone else have the giant black square of annoyance popup as you enter the tower?
takes up most of view and moves as you do so thinking texture file?
in the room with four steel plated mannequins at the bottom of the stairs behind the boxes is a button
Ooooh cool - thanks for the tip!:)
So the astronaut forge area the big hand is actually an altar and you need to put something in it but I can't for the life of me figure out what
Lovely ❤️ very cozy
Where's the clothes for the manikins?
I apologize for the syntax and spelling errors. I blame my android and not myself for simply overlooking those mistakes because I'm looking down and not up. Can I be blamed if I missed "you're" instead "your"? Or "second form" instead of "second firm"? These auto-correct features should really actually auto-correct.
:D
There is a mod that turns off follower collision on the Nexus! 🥰
This house would be perfect if only it had space for followers and children!
Yeh I saw that mod and then promptly forgot to download it :D - and I totally agree, kids and followers rooms would be awesome!
Me too. Would really appreciate help with this.
How do i stop catching on fire
Aaaawww, you can share your bed with Inigo. It's big enough! :)
Yeh for sure:)
great video! im just stuck trying to open up the ice walls
Aaah this home gets a lot of such comments!
@@FebrithDarkstar I figured it out lol I only just started using mods for skyrim and wow does it make a difference!

How do u get inside the vault help
🔥⚒👻 I love it! That bathhouse is great. Need to get one of them in my home IRL. 🌿🛁🌿
Lol me too!
@@FebrithDarkstar One of these days I’m going to build one of these fab houses IRL... I’m going to need a better paid job... ONE DAY.
where is the bloody hammer
Sonnipops would be a great player name.
Lol!
Wish you showed how to get inside. Everything is blocked off for me
Read the book in the ice wall that's blocking your path - I gave no spoilers as I video'd it when it was brand new.
Lots of room in bedroom...
Could you add extra beds...?
I guess if you're clever enough with the creation kit then definitely!
This has an update and it's very good. More storage in a few places especially the smithy.
There's a room for four followers.
There's a new wardrobe making npc and room across from the bedroom.
Some mannequins can be changed into trees. I know you'd love that Feb. lol
There's a horse.
Good luck. 😊
Hehee awesome, thanks for letting me know:)
@@FebrithDarkstar You're very welcome. ☃️
The fourth one is in the master bedroom fireplace, I can't find the heavy one
@@Jo1994Jordanthat one is in the bathhouse. You have to go to the middle of the bath and crouch to see it
@@scoot4348where’s the entrance to the cave? I have the wonderful fear of water and am giving myself mad anxiety searching for it 😅😅 I will still continue to search for it myself, and will have hopefully found it by the time I get a response, but just in case 😅
So the vault takes your lockpicks. Claims you can get them back. Where? How? Because none of the chests in the vault have my lockpicks.
They're in the little dish directly behind you as you stand in front of the door IIRC (or at least they're supposed to be!)
Somebody gave the thrall a throut lozenge each and that's what they really sound like. 🤣😂🤣🍬
LOL
Damn my perfect house but no room for children is there a conjure children's beds spell somewhere can I just put them somewhere cosy
Lol that would be helpful:D
Captured mage mannequins 😱
Lol so cute:D
Ok so I can't find the last gem stone to open the door it's says it's hidden in plane sight where the hell is it
Whenever I struggle with things like this the first place I go is to the comments section on the mod page - hopefully there'll be help there because I honestly can't remember, sorry!
It's right near the vault on the floor nearby, I cant find the heavy one
Got this today, Haven't found the blacksmith hammer yet...
Pro tip - pick them ALL up off the floor:)
@@FebrithDarkstar THANKS!
@@leonwalker9457 :XD
I still can’t find that Hammer (hamma hamma hamma hamma!) ... I hope it’s not in a cheeky location.
Pick em all up off the floor:)
its very phallic
Lol that hadn't occurred to me but now I can't unsee it!
Plus if anyone's a fan of the author Garth Nix did anyone else get 'sending' vibes from the ghostly servants
For anyone that doesn't know please go and check out the sabriel it's a wonderful book and the audiobook in my opinion is even better because it's read by Tim Curry and sending they are kind of like the magical equivalent to artificial intelligence made up of magic wired spells that turn turn into creatures of pure light who can be programmed to do simple tasks but if you leave them running for many years without suspending them they will start developing personalities
Pps there's also sarcastic talking cat if anyone was a fan of Sabrina the Teenage Witch the original series there's definitely echoes of Salem
The bath needs more plants and flowers/herbs along with some skylights...
Oh that's a nice idea:)
Hi new here, how do i even unlock this all?!? I have the mod and nothing is working.
Hmm if you didn't get the quest as you approached the tower then better address this to the mod page:(
@@FebrithDarkstar i did and turns out i have to talk to a broom 😂 i had no idea to do this
@@krystalcheetah Aaah cool I thought you meant the quest hadn't started - ok:)
The ice wont break :/
A Fantastic exterior against that sky, the outside architexture reminds me of a Russian Orthodox Church. It's a magical destination as much as a home, a must-have.
Definitely:)
Can you marry someone and they can go live there?
I don't see why not if you have something like Spouses Can Live Anywhere - no kids rooms though remember.
This mod is new?
It was then:)
Hey doesnt help how to restore it i wanted a walkthrough of how to restore it not a walk thru of the house
No, it doesn't for a reason - this is a brand new mod and, as I said in the video, I didn't want to spoil it for everyone before they had a chance to play it for themselves!
This is a really well done house. I find a lot of the house mods are just far too opulent for my taste.
Yeh I understand - there's something for everyone out there:)
Has anybody else found the liar?
Overkill like so many home mods.
Me again I know this is the worst when people say this but you might want to revisit this one there is a ton more stuff and I am pulling out my hair trying to figure it out Google and Reddit are giving me nothing so I guess it's a good thing that I'm is stubborn as a mule.
Yeah like I said in the description, the mod has been updated (considerably!) since that video was made :D
@@FebrithDarkstar Right and I imagine it's probably going to be updated even further because after extensive hair pulling I've discovered that there are just a few things which cannot be finished yet I wasn't saying that you didn't do a good enough job the first time I was just saying it would be fun to revisit there's a ton a ton of stuff in there now
Inigo nor any followers followed me in 😳
Awww man:(
DOESN'T SHOW HOW TO CLEAN IT UP TO OWN IT
I told you in the first minute there would be no spoilers as it was a brand new mod when I video'd it!
13 1/2 minutes in; Never grow up, it's for suckers! Bills and dirty dishes tis all you'll find so exit stage thata way touche and save the magic broom.
You're so right, adulting is for suckers! :D
