Gosh these people are clueless, how is she not able to call Three? She can use a payphone, she can use a friend's phone, she can use her partners phone. They even have an 0800 number which is free to call. If I got a text saying that I requested a pac code, I would be on the case right that minute but she ignored the message. She could have also withdrawn the cash from her account in branch with 2 forms of ID, one being photo ID even if the bank has suspended it, the bank allows you to withdraw a limited amount one time only.

Lynn Faulds Wood died only three months after appearing on this programme. Hard to believe she was 72 from her youthful appearance and energy; get the feeling she'd so much more to give the consumers she worked so tirelessly for. However, the work she did do was vast in its quantity and significance and will always live on.

Watching the latest episode on 9 Oct 2023, people are so stupid & blame everyone but themselves. This guy a retired surveyor, so not stupid, decided to invest over £100,000 savings online for crypto currency & yes a scam. He has the cheek to blame the bank for allowing HIS actions in transferring his savings over. I'm with the bank in not compensating for his actions. It's just greed after high interest savings.

I went into the bank the other day to draw some money out over the counter while waiting for a new pin. I had to ask them when they'd give me the money of they where going to check my ID lol 🤔 very sloppy! 💩

@@troyvanheer3827 what he's trying to say is they didn't ask him enough security questions which means sloppy security. I think it's astonishing that you can open bank accounts online and get a debit card without having to show any ID, usually before, you would have to show some kind of photo ID to complete the process.

Whilst it's a good idea to have different passwords for different accounts, the other side of the argument is difficulty of having to remember so many passwords and which accounts they are for.

Nick didn't fully address her concerns about banks not doing the right or full security checks.
