- Took a ride over to Chatel bike park which is one of my favourite in the area. Matty decided he was Jonny Knoxville and was going to the moon but came down with a bit of a bump

Fair play lads you nailed that black run then poor Matty takes a tumble on a green, guess that's MTB for you though it can bite you in the ass at any time. Hope Matty has a speed recovery and we see him back out on the bike soon, once he's back we will get over Mallards 🤙

Get a back protector and neckbrace while youre at it. It pays off
Had a neck brace once, caused more harm than good
