- Hello! Hope you're having a wonderful and cozy March so far! In this art vlog, I spent the day at home drawing and watercolor painting my first urban sketching. A old Japanese storefront. This is my first time drawing and painting a building as a beginner so its not the best but I'm trying to learn and get better as I practice and make more art vlogs. Thank you very much for watching! Yes! I have made rice bag with leftover fabric. It's great to use in the winter. I just microwave it for a minute or 2 and it stays warm for awhile. Plus the rice smells nice! 😊
Your painting turned out lovely! I really like storefront paintings especially flowershops. We still have 7-11's where I live in Canada but they are in strip malls and not nice 2 story buildings.

Your urbansketching watercolors are ao soft and beautifull. Did you tried urbansketching outside? we have urbansketching group here in Prague, and from time to time they go to diferent places to paint or draw. i joined them few times. it was fun.

Your hand shadow is taking away from you drawing next time turn towards the light and film that would be more helpful. What is the pen type and # that you used to outline your drawing.....I ♥ watercolors?
