I'm sorry to hear that you feel you've done badly in your IELTS writing test. Hopefully, you've done better than you think.
From the partial information you give on the task 2 question, I would think that you are expected to write about the benefits of having easy access to an outdoor space / nature and the negative effects of not having such access.
