You should do tentacles coming out of the void around the dragon on the end portal, and chains with lanterns and soul lanterns on the bottom of the nether portal

Lief the green is casting plant magic to drag Lunantis bank into the void where the mother of all imprisoned him Then in the future you could possibly build a void prison shoeing the broken prison along with the other half of Lunantis as he is being re imprisioned. red is just neutral in terms of action but morally backs Leif.

I hope you read this, because, to get rid of phantoms, you partially sleep, yes, partially ; You sleep, and after like 2 seconds, you wake up and boom, Phantoms gone! ....Or you can do what Mogswamp did and go above Phantom spawning height.
