    This is my greatest fear. My father died of a heart attack. My mom had a heart attack AND a heart transplant. Needless to say I get cardiac work ups at my own request. The doctors think I’m crazy but you have to advocate for yourself.

      Look into Vitamin K2. It de-calcifies and moves calcium buildup away from soft tissue and into the bones. Also, cayenne pepper is able to stop a heart attack in it's tracks. Keep a few capsules with you at all times. It's worth just looking into. God bless you 🙏💕

      Yes it's also important to know that heart problems in women looks very different from men. #1 killer of women has to do with the heart, primarily because we don't pay close attention to our bodies as we should.

I have been on a journey and then some trying to re teach myself that paying attention to my mind body and soul is a must, to take care of myself first mentally and physically is so important. My sister in law Lisa had a heart attack and died at 32. She was in 2 different ER'S the week before she passed.
    On both visits she presented with acute stomach and back pain.
    Apparently, women as a group experience more gastrointestinal issues than jaw and arm pain and numbness like men.
    PLEASE keep being a pain in the ass to your Dr. if you know something is wrong.

    I wish that I saw videos like this before my mom died of a heart attack last year 😔.
    How are we supposed to know that heart attacks aren't like what you see on the TV? And on top of that, the symptoms that women experience during a heart attack is different from men.
    My mom suffered a (what I now know to be) a heart attack. Her symptoms were dizziness (room spinning), nausea (but didn't vomit), diarrhoea, and her arm went numb. Instead of seeking medical advice, She waited 7hrs for me to get home from work so that she could tell me what she was feeling. But by the time I got home, the symptoms had subsided. I offered to take her to the hospital, but she played it off saying that she was feeling better and she'll just visit the gp later that week. Given the symptoms, a heart attack didn't even cross my mind otherwise I wouldve called an ambulance there and then. The GP was no help. We put our trust in the GP who turned around and said that it was probably a bug and the numb arm was probably a pinched nerve.
    They say that once a heart attack goes untreated (if you survived the heart attack), you have more of a chance of having an even bigger & more fatal heart attack in future. Well that's what happened to my mum. A few months after the heart attack, I went to her house one day and discovered that she had died from cardiac arrest.
    I was so angry with everyone (including myself). It was something that could've been prevented

    Heart attacks and low potassium, and low magnesium are closely related. They are two of some of the most important minerals your body needs in high-volume. The more active you are, the more stress your body goes through, and the more stress your body has, the more potassium and magnesium gets depleted. No medical doctor will ever tell you this because they are only taught to manage symptoms with drugs and surgeries. You will only get this type of info from a natural health doctor who seeks to cure the core issue, not put a bandaid on the symptom.

Many doctors need to go into private practice & team up with homeopaths to end this pandemic of incurable deadly diseases. This country, big pharma & these big corporations outta be ashamed of denying ppl complete access to all forms of cures & treatments for diseases. • @kats410
      @kats410 2 роки тому +2

      yes, I also wondered the same thing. Mostly what was her diet like? Did she have a history of high blood pressure or high cholesterol? A lot of what we eat contributes to our heart health. It's rare for someone who eats really healthy and is active with no history of high blood pressure or high cholesterol to get a heart attack at such a young age...unless it was genetic. Also, someone might look healthy, but really isnt, no matter if they're active.

I think no matter what your life style is, we all got to remember to balance it out to even our odds. That's all we can do at the end of the day. This hit me. I’m 44 years old. Active as well. Served 16 years in the Military. I don’t drink or smoke. Took really good care of myself by working out and meditation. And something felt off last year January. I felt my whole right side was tingling. I didn’t think anything of it until it became unbearable. Low and behold I was suffering a Brain Stem Stroke. My Care Team couldn’t figure out why since I don’t have HBP or High Cholesterol or any underlying health issues but a Chronic Migraine. After 15 days at the hospital. It was ruled out my Birth Control pills was the culprit. I’m still recuperating and is looking forward to a full on recovery 🙏🏼

      I remember listening to the lecture on oral contraceptives in Pharmacy school. I marveled at the possible side effects and was much more surprised at why it is being routinely recommended and universally advocated for women. From then on, I made the decision, I will not use one when I get married. I educate those around me about the risk. Just like the current V, these issues remain an elephant in the room among health professionals and scientists.

MY muscles relax and my tense parts of lower back that never touched the bed/floor completely dropped flat. Years ago, my first job, I hooked up to ekg 2x believing I was having heart attack at 21 y.o. results always was normal. But I swore I was about to die. Then DR says maybe I was having panic attack. I went to an alternative doctor and they did my blood work again and finally caught all my problems. Literally I have truama from regular healthcare because they all didn’t catch the issue which was my gut and even tested for it come back normal. My recovery was a whole year.
