@@debracisneroshhp2827 I grew up in the suburbs of Buffalo, NY. My first concert was Curtis Mayfield when I was 14 😆. In a high school of about 2500 kids in 1970 when I was 14, there were just a couple black kids, one who was my close friend and whose parents took us downtown to the concert. I was in heaven. It was right after Superfly came out which remains one of my favorites. You're amazing! I admire the way you dance so easily and i like almost exclusively the music of the 70s and 80s.

Excellent dancing with an even more beautiful smile.
This brightens up a dreary Spring day in NZ. Thank you so much
There is no greater freedom than expressing that joy that dances within us.
🥳💯
You've done more to raise the spirit in 1:53 than the Government in 10 months.
Awesome. Thank you ❤️
haha! Glad I could do that x

10 seconds in and I knew this was going to be one of God’s special creations. 🥰😍👏🏼

That foot work is clean,I can picture her dancing like that to house music 🎶

Now That's what I call "Cuttin a Rug!" If there were a Rug on that floor, it would have officially been Shredded! Good job, lady!
I've seen a lot of great dancers in my time and that was one of them. Truly lovely. 😎

I cannot help but watch this and im smiling like a cheshire cat. Never get bored of this, and it is like a tonic to the soul.
Love this dance, You make it so lovable, your in your Element. Your Own SOUL.
I was there 67 now this has made my heart sing
Brings back memories of Stockport Manchester all those years ago. The hardcore dancers used to head to Wigan Casino, but we hesded out to the local disco. I’ve been in SoCal for over 30 years, but seeing the Northern Soul Shuffle so well done by thus lovely lass brings it back. Just brilliant. 😁
Lived near the Denton Golf Course. Know the area well. Attended Audenshaw Grammar.
Lots of lads from Stocky headed out to Wigan ... and there is still a big following form the scene still ... however, remember is Stockport Cheshire ... never Manchester ... but then you knew that! LOL
Absolutely beautiful. Thank you 😘🥁🌻.
Thankyou x
Brilliant stuff - just been watching Grooveline Heatwave video and then your chops... fantastic!
👍❤ Soul and Northern Soul is infectious! Great beats to dance too, soul weekends, all dayers, all nighters. Travel to international soul events. Hopefully this will be us again soon 🙏
I only recently discovered Northern Soul style dance on UA-cam. This is the first video I came across, LOVE it! It is still a favorite. The music and your 💃 moves are like you are gliding. I'm from Austin TX...Born 1953. Disco was a big thing for me, Motown was also. I do see some familiar steps. I'm watching all your videos and some tutorials by others. Dancing was a regular "club" thing. I'm so inspired to dance again...more fun than plain aerobics / exercise. You are a "pure" joy. TY from a new fan friend😇❤
Levanna your technique is fantastic and complements the music and vice versa!
Thank you for knowing how to use "complements"! LOL
I am an old git who grew up with the Casino and NS. It pleaseS me to see the younger generation keeping it going. Thats what it is all about when we are all pushing up daisies KEEP THE FAITH - KEEP IT GOING!!! I was scared to get up and dance UNTIL a mate of mine got me into Northern Soul! Hes long gone now me old mates dancing with the angels - See ya soon Mikey!
Levanna, you will always make me smile, have brilliant memories, and move my feet. Please never stop this mission you are on, you have a talent, and in modern days a great showcase for our wonderful appreciation of Northern Soul that with your help will go on forever.
KTF

You are an excellent mover to soul music. From a Mod from the 60's . They were great times and memories that still live with me. Keep the soul in your dancing. Richard
