Completed Custom Lightsaber - A-tsi-la Ta-wo-di AKA The Firehawk

My client and now friend, Byron, approached me a while back about a build he wanted me to do for him. We discussed, agreed, and he sent me the parts. There was a lot of planning, which I almost botched at the outset as the first parts cutting I did was wrong, followed by plenty of video calls and multiple confirmations of steps.
I put a lot of work into this one to make sure everything lined up, fit, stsys solidly in place, and works comfortably in the hands through multiple grips. Despite the nerves of really needing to get this right and matched to Byron's hopes and expectations... I really feel like I nailed it. This is one of those builds that I almost don't want to put in the mail. Byron's really good ideas and willingness to work step by step with me led to the creation of a very satisfying hilt.
I'm looking forward to his having it and enjoying it.
