Hot Tapping & Double Double Stopple on 24" Crude Oil Line

This Project Involved Replacement of 9.8 KM Length Of 24" Crude Oil Pipeline of SMPL-IOCL By Doing Hot Tapping & Double Double Position Line Stopple at 4 Locations.

I dont understand. I thought double doubles would have had 4 taps and bypass goes behind the stop but I may be confused

How is it that the product doesn ignite as s result of the heat of the first drilling point (to install the spool fir the bypass line)

every liquid has a boiling point for it to ignite. if it is to rich doesn't ignite.another scenario is that need to be present the right elements like fuel,oxygen and fire.

technician without gloves, technician on line of fire, technician climbing on the valve, scaffold not tagged, etc.... etc...this company is not the safest...a mix of pictures of different job with different type of machines....Hope the camera was ATEX
