mel it’s pretty awesome! Always a few, but in general I don’t feel bad! Haha I was so scared to read the comment section. This was my first time ever being on UA-cam so I was super nervous.
@Tina Yael Severinovna M. Compared to the other two kinda, but i think ber make-up style is natural glam makeup. The other two seems to specialise in body art maybe?

lindsay's look = interesting & cute(love the bottom lashes, nice touch) delina's look = simple perfect glam ish(if a flamingo was a person and love the fact that she felt beautiful) mollie's look = most creative(crazy lovely euphoria style) Edit: thank you so much for the likes!
Here’s my take: lindsay’s look: creative, graphic, and tropical flamingo feel delina’s look: simple editorial but beautiful finish mollie’s look: creative idea of water reflection but could have been executed better.
This is an excellent series, the fact they aren’t pitted against one another, it’s more of a “man vs. self” scenario and watching artists freely follow inspiration without the fear of failure is so refreshing!! Competition can make things so anxious!! They ALL created great looks, from whimsical to beautiful. Mollie really took things THERE, Lindsay had a wonderful concept and kept her look simple considering time but it translated so so well, and Delina just made gorgeousness and gorgeosity. I appreciated all of them but I particularly appreciated what Delina said about making the person FEEL good about how they look because that shines through whatever the actual makeup is. EDIT Lindsay had a broken footrest on her chair and said NOTHING Bravo 👏🏻
It was honestly such a positive and uplifting experience! Delina & Mollie were super amazing. I’m newer as a makeup artist so I had a lot of questions off camera as well for them. They were amazingly supportive!
Lindsay Kastuk I looked at you and thought “artist” through and through, you seem (IMHO) to be someone who would bring creativity to whatever endeavor you found yourself on, it is second nature and not limited to makeup? I could be so off base but the WAY you look at the world, the perspective shift, I really REALLY appreciated that. And YES to women supporting and admiring each other!! It’s clear that better results come out! All three of you maintained YOUR aesthetic while hitting home runs with the task. So impressed and so inspired by your work and the vibe of camaraderie over annihilation. The little line about stating in touch via group chat actually made me smile and fist pump 😂 Thank you for taking the time to respond, means A LOT. I wish you the very best in your endeavors, luck and continued passion. You are awesome! Thank you for sharing your gift with the world! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
The girl in the pink blazer has perfect make up, and she did a beautiful job too!! She enhances a person’s beauty and captures, the other two are more artistic and it’s like they working with a canvas, they are all amazing though!
D A yeah but she did other steps too, like blush and other things that the other artists didn’t do. They all did a lot, she just has a different style.
I prefer an artist that takes their time to make your skin look and feel flawless rather than someone who doesn’t. Her look was subtle and sweet and she made sure the model felt comfortable and confident. So I enjoyed the artist in the pink jacket very much although my style is more like the one who put diamonds all over the models face.
Some artists are really mostly concerned with the skin and that’s also what I do. I tend to spend most of my time on the skin because it creates the best base for the rest of the look. And then I wing it on the rest of the features quickly lol
That water running look really has some face painting styled inspiration. A lot of face painters will use arty cakes to get that multi colored blended look. Love it.
What I love about these videos is that there’s always an artist that’s super natural, one that’s a little out there & then one that’s SUPER out there. It makes it fun to see.
The model is literally flawless omg i love the looks on her!! Her posing is amazing and i don't think i've seen someone so pretty before. I love her smile i'm obsessed
Mollies is so editorial and creative, her use is color is what makes is fun Edit: I’m a makeup artist who has been doing this for years, I called it euphoria like because that’s what ppl will understand. Don’t drown yourself in something so shallow cause yall it’s not that deep! I fixed it so it didn’t hurt anyone’s feelings 🤪🤪
Lmao it’s not euphoria makeup lmao that make up has been around for a while lmao the make up artist from euphoria literally talked about how she was inspired by editorial makeup
I love how respectful they are to each other about their different works! Many women in these sorts of industry’s are portrayed to be rivals but in reality it is the complete opposite
i love that this isn't a competition, and at the end they all just sit down and boost each other up and admire the others makeup skills. it's so rare for that to happn these days.
Mollies concept on paper is such a vibe, very high fashion. If she could have really emulated that way she drew it on paper would have really really been dope. I know it’s hard and it came out really unique so props due where they’re due. To all artist.
I love how wholesome, supportive and healthy their conversation is! It is so nice to see real make up artists showing appreciation to each other's crafts and creative expression. I feel like all of them are wired to loving differences and embracing uniqueness.
First off Branda is so beautiful and secondly please bring these three amazing artist back, they have such a sweet an amazing vibe to them. Incredible job to all three of them👏🏻❤️❤️
I love how this highlighted their personal artistry styles and wasn't a competition. The women can't be compared because they're all beautiful and great in their own personal way!
Love how supportive and enthusiastic they all were about each others' designs. They didn't want to "win" in any sense, just celebrate the art of makeup and their fellow artists
I’m so glad the photos were not super filtered so we were able to see the makeup texture. I was most impressed with Lindsey’s (girl with light brown hair). It was creative and graphic and I could see the flamingo inspiration. I loved Mollie’s idea of the water reflection but I think it could have been executed better. Which surprised me because her own makeup is so beautiful! Delina’s style is just natural, beautiful makeup instead of creative. What stood out to me was the beautiful skin finish. And the glow of the eyeshadow and watercolor feel.
I'll admit, I do put on a lot of makeup, but other than (sometimes) my eyeshadow, it all looks pretty natural. I use a moisturizer with spf in it, occasionally do a bit of foundation, do some concealer on blemishes, shadows, dark circles, etc., contour a bit, blush, a bit of highlighter. I use brow gel on my brows to keep them in place, do my eyeshadow with my contour, sometimes to dark brown or black eyeliner by my lash line, use clear mascara, some lipliner and a dab of lipstick that are similar to my natural lip shade. I then do setting powder. It looks pretty natural. I could never pull of a brightly colored look like this model did. Sorry, I just gave you my whole makeup routine 😂
I love how they were not competing against each other, allowing them all to respect and admire the concept differences....and I also really love that while 1-2 wanted to be quite literal, there was a makeup artist who channeled the style and grace of the flamingo while still giving a look that someone can wear all day, wherever....that one was so gorgeous in the subtle glow and pops of vibrant color here and there. they all are great.
fem wynn all of our unique styles of art really showed in this challenge it was SO cool to see at the end! Also, we all genuinely got a long well and Delina and Mollie were just as supportive backstage. We did make that group chat too! 😂🖤
They all nailed it right on the head in their own ways. These are all so different it's really interesting to see every artist staying true to their vision and style. Their personalities really came through the look.

It's interesting how people might associate the idea of "natural" with subdued colors or a barely-there approach, but creative interpretation is the key. You see boldness and color in nature as well; the fact that such a brightly colored animal exists (look at rainbow colored parrots, in addition). In a way, I found Delina's approach to be more challenging because it's mixing the two concepts together. How to make bold and colorful complementary to natural. The two perspectives don't clash-- with her look, bold and colorful *is* natural. I loved it.
Welcome to the REAL beauty community!

I love how they’re all so nice to each other
Why is no one talking about how Delina said “Bold, colorful and natural”?
It's interesting how people might associate the idea of "natural" with subdued colors or a barely-there approach, but creative interpretation is the key. You see boldness and color in nature as well; the fact that such a brightly colored animal exists (look at rainbow colored parrots, in addition).
In a way, I found Delina's approach to be more challenging because it's mixing the two concepts together. How to make bold and colorful complementary to natural. The two perspectives don't clash-- with her look, bold and colorful *is* natural. I loved it.
@@ForMontagne bold colours are natural in nature. it's not considered natural on a human's face
Well, maybe she does those at different times..?
one subject, three outcomes. ART.
They are very kind to each other. Thats cool
