Whole Braised Chicken Tomato Stew (One Pot Meal!)

Sunday dinners with a whole braised chicken tomato stew are absolute heaven. Especially when it’s dreary and cold outside. Spring's coming but it still feels like winter most nights.
Flavorful, tomatoey broth, fall off the bone chicken, lots of vegetables and pasta to slurp together. Comfort food at its best, basically. This is great for feeding a large family or cooking for friends (when it’s safe to do that again). A full meal all in one pot!

Hi there! It was actually pearl (or Israeli) cous cous. Orzo would be another good one to use or any other small pasta. I think pearl barley could work. Probably best to use the quick cooking kind. Thanks for always commenting! ☺️
