- Do you need a break from all the carbs? I certainly do. When I'm starting to feel this way, I break out into "gimme all the greens" mode. This is a great little snack that could easily be part of a meal. A fresh, verdant green pea dip that's full of bright flavors. Mint and lemon give it some zing while tahini makes it creamy and lush. A little good quality olive oil rounds out the flavors. Paired with an array of crunchy, spring time vegetables, this is sure to satisfy your need to snack but without any junk. Vegan and gluten free too!

No, I haven't seen this on any Ottolenghi recipe but I'm sure it's a possibility! I was just playing off hummus and English mushy peas. :)
