- Hello everyone, This ASMR video is mainly soft-spoken but there are whispered parts as well. You will follow my instructions focusing on me. We are starting with sticks, following the light with different directions, expo marker on paper sounds while focusing my drawing, then following my fingers, my hands, and controlled breathing therapy.
This video will change your focus and relief your stress. Repetitive movements also will help you feel sleepy. I hope it helps 💖

First, I want to say that even I thought this was impossible, your videos are getting better and better !
Thank you for your relaxing videos, I hope you will do more videos that talk about relaxing (not especially about sleep).
Second, I suggest you to make the breath's sequences more relaxed/more patient (if you know what I mean).
I think having a more long breathing (the "in and out" should each be longer... I don't know how to say it in English XD) would be a plus in your already very relaxing videos.
