I feel like I have been chasing the dragon with ASMR videos because I've built up a tolerance so to speak, so i don't get the same tingles I used to get when I first started watching ASMR. But Lizzie's videos are great, the soft whispers, the quiet, gentle movements and the left to right ear work have brought those old tingles right back
I really liked the physical aspects of this video- having to look off screen and move my arms and things like that. I've been sitting here being depressed all day and doing that actually made me feel a little bit better. 😅 thank you for the creative idea!
