@@mercury0214 2 year old comment but i will not stand for someone saying a focus is better sounding then an srt4, lmao, srt4 is the best sounding 4 banger out there
Thanks bro. And yeah you dont see many youtubers out there showing Srt content. I like to show as much as I can because all you see is videos of them racing or exhaust clips mostly rather than everything else. It's nice to showcase everything and do walkarounds alot. I see many content creators own plenty of cars but never ever, go in real depth walkaround of them.
thats really true man you have a point we SRT4 owners are really hated in the community idk why i love all kinds of cars but i wouldnt change my srt4 for nothing! plus i got few plans on mine but its going to take time.
You cannot go wrong for the price of buying one. These cars are known for a lot of bang for your buck. You get alot of performance for the price. And its safe to say they're probably one of the quickest cars out there on the road amongst most cars that come out today. With a few thousand dollars more added to it, you can beat Gtrs and most the v8s that you want. They're easy to work on as well. I'd reccomend for a first car. Only and if only you find a clean one. That's the hardest part. Is finding one that isn't totally molested like most of them are. Good luck
I know the feels. This is my 2nd srt4. My first one I sold and regretted it everyday for almost 2 years. Picked up this one and told myself i cant sell another one again.
Pretty much Full bolt on. Everything you can with the stock turbo. Non-bws. Stock block. Side exit exhaust. HKS Bov. Tuned on 22psi. Agp wastegate. Bigger FMIC. Upgraded Motor mounts, shifter bushings. Granatelli coil pack and plugs. Hondata intake manifold gasket and 180° thermostat to keep temps down. Built transmission to hold 500whp safely. Walbro 250 pump and a fuel pressure regulator/wideband.
@@XBLWaur stock block? Wow, do these have an iron block or something? My sti trans could hold 500whp all day long before being touched, but the motor on the other hand probably wouldn’t last long 😂
Highly recommend. You wont find more car for the money. But....dont make the mistake of buying a thrashed one. May be hard finding a good one...but if you've got a decent amount of cash to pickup a clean/built one. Its worth it. I've had this car since 118k now at 145k and I've not had a single check engine light. Rare occurrence as it may sound but...it was definitely cared for before me and on a reliable tune. Which made it healthy. I love this car and will never sell it. They're one of the best sounding 4 cylinders, and they're easy to work on and cheap to build. All in all these cars are becoming more scarce. So find a clean one an keep it.
@@XBLWaur im looking at a clean 05 model at a dealership later today. There asking 6,475$, 133k miles, all original, silver in color with a little tint. Gonna offer them 6k and go from there. I'm a foxbody guy, v8s are all i know. But damn these little srt4s keep calling my name, wish me luck.
