Someone said it before and I think I remember reading it years ago. "Andy Timmons is your favorite guitarist's favorite guitarist." And it just describes what is so good about his playing: subtlty in the skill, when to play slower, when NOT to play, the meaning in the choice notes etc. And that subtlty is what keeps him from reaching a huge audience so quickly.
I love listening to you Andy Timmons as the coffees kicking in, on my commute to work in the morning, it starts my day in a real good mood.

The talent emanating from this video is otherworldly. That jam session in the beginning set such a peaceful lighthearted feeling. Andy's tribute song as well was amazing, his music has so much feeling and needs no lyrics to set the mood. Herman Li, when is a collaboration album going to be recorded with all these great musicians you interviewed? Sure many would love it.

I saw andy on the danger danger album release party. The show was going great until his solo when he busted out groove or die and i was blown away. He’s undoubtedly one of the most versatile players. Would love to see a no ego collaboration with pete thorn, nuno, andy and Guthrie.

That was such a sick opening backing track. If you know which name/# the track is, let me know. It's by my favorite youtube backing track guy according to the description, but he's uploaded tons of stuff and knowing the key doesn't help much when there's that much music to go through lol.
Herman, your bends are good but when Andy is playing, your bends or vibrato sounds sharp!
