Put simply, the final log in 'Genesis' shares the same date as the 9th tape in the series, which is a false memory.

Also, yeah, I remember the fake memory thing. It's a bit weird to see a video recording of something that actually didn't happen, it being a constructed memory.
Then again, we've seen the AI act up in recordings of gameplay, like in Aftermath. So, who knows? Maybe the AI can also affect other video media, not just the game, but recordings of it as well.
It's wild, crazy, and it doesn't make much sense, but at least it fits.

There's so much lore here! Can someone explain to me what is up with the faceless Mario and the AI?
The AI thing is based of a 4chan joke, Every Copy of Mario 64 is personalized. Search it up
To summarize the above comment, it claims that SM64 is controlled by an AI with the intelligence of a human being that rearranges each copy of the game to suit a player's tastes, ostensibly for a sinister greater purpose. It has the ability to consult scrapped and unused content to do this, though it often ends poorly. Furthermore, the faceless Mario is its avatar of sort that manifests when the game is sufficiently destabilized.
Greenio's series is meant to be a deconstruction of that concept, showing the mental anguish such a mind would experience from being trapped within a system as primitive as the Nintendo 64 while also demonstrating the stress of developing a game as cutting edge in the day as SM64. The limitations of the AI's existence as it grows and adapts into a mind of its own make its life nothing but pain as it tries over and over to cobble together "improvements" from garbage data only to make nightmarish and even more agonizing results, and it ends up becoming a bitter emotional wreck that wants to be deleted to spare itself and humanity from further suffering, seeking out worthy players who have the nerves of steel to brave the journey there.
It's kind of like Ben Drowned but without the actual ghosts.

When he spams "IT HURTS", an image appears for a second. A distorted Mario figure saying "My name is". Then, the N64 controller starts blinking between the buttons A and B. Slowing down the video, we can see that the groups of blinks happen in increments of 5, so we have a few groups of 5 inputs. They are: BAAAB BAABA AAAAA ABBAA ABABA AABAA BABBA. The Bacon Cipher uses groups of 5 letters, which vary between A and B, to determine a letter from the alphabet (kinda like binary). So, translating the stuff we have using the cipher, we get a word: STANLEY. That's what Faceless Mario says: "My name is Stanley."
When Stanley, the Personalization A.I., or the Automatic Enhancer as they call it, says he has been moved... maybe he's referring to the cartridge Jim took home. Jim has become obsessed with the game after his seizure, and he's probably exploring every single bit in the game, finding all the things Stanley is capable of, which hurts Stanley even more.

So in conclusion: The full sentence of "My name is" is this;

So I did some research, and I figured out what the the cipher meant by "Stanley".
According to the MIPS hole wiki, he is the physical representation of the Personification A.I.
His appearance looks almost identical to the "Mario" in some of Greenio's other videos (Yellow hat and clothes, blue overalls, and a white skin and no face)
And in the last video, Genesis, it shows Jim making (Stanley? Mario?) hit a switch and he goes unconscious, almost as if he had a seizure.
This could mean he was moved inside the game
Could the message at the end be Jim calling for help? Is Stanley the "Him" the message said about?
