I couldn't find the text option to format, so I entered it into the "tell me what you want to do" box and I was able to find the options. Helpful video. Thank you.

Hi Trevor, Very helpful video but I think I'm missing something. Once I pick the word art I want and then go to remove all formatting, the letters just back to black. How did you get your word art to stay?
